Multiple Events Tracking
Have you ever wondered if your prospects open your emails more than once? Do they come back later and review your offer as they promised? Do they follow the links again to get more details? Now you don’t have to guess! From now on, Overloop tracks how many times a prospect opened your email, replied, or clicked a link.
How can you benefit from this?
With more details on prospects’ engagement, you can segment the prospects accordingly and further personalize your sales funnel.
For example, you can filter out those prospects who opened many of your emails but never responded. Knowing that they are interested in the content of your emails, you may consider sending them a special offer. Or if you see that a prospect has opened your latest email three times already, you may want to give them a call or follow up, offering more details.
Where to look at?
The number of events is displayed directly on a prospect’s page and on the corresponding icons in the list view. For your convenience, we added new filters: total opens, total clicks, and total replies. To understand how to use filters, check out this article. Moreover, if you have notifications enabled, you’ll also receive an email every time a prospect interacts with your emails.
