We have made it easier for you to manage campaigns, so now prospects can either be "IN" a campaign (scheduled to receive emails) or "OUT" of a campaign.

If they are "OUT" you will see the exact reason:

  • Exited: it means the prospect completed an action that triggers the campaign to stop (like replied or clicked a link)

  • Completed: all the emails in the campaign have been sent

  • Bounced: there was a soft or a hard bounce
