Yes! Overloop supports connecting both Gmail and Outlook accounts, making it easy to manage your prospection emails directly within the platform.
Yes, it is safe. Overloop uses a smart limit algorithm to protect your domain and prevent any issues with your email account. We also perform multiple deliverability checks and guide you through the necessary configuration to ensure your emails are sent securely and effectively.
Using your main domain is beneficial because it already has a strong reputation and regular email activity, which helps balance your cold outreach efforts.
To maintain good volume, it is a best practice to connect multiple email accounts.
Payments
Q: How Do Credits Work?
Each subscription includes a set number of monthly credits: one credit equals sourcing one prospect, validating their email address, and running the entire email and LinkedIn sequence for that prospect.
Q: Do unused credits roll over?
No, unused credits reset at the end of each billing period. For yearly plans, all credits are available upfront and remain valid for 12 months.
Q: How can I track my credit usage?
You can easily monitor your credit usage by clicking your initials in the top-right corner and selecting the Credits Usage page.
Q: What happens if I run out of credits?
When you run out, no new prospects will be sourced, but your ongoing sequences will continue until completion. To get more credits, you can:
- Wait for your next billing cycle
- Upgrade to a higher-tier plan (credits added instantly)
- Renew your current subscription early (credits added instantly)
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your Overloop AI subscription anytime. If you upgrade, you’ll get immediate access to the new features and credits, and the cost will be adjusted based on your current billing cycle. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current period. You can manage your subscription anytime from the Settings > Subscription page in your account.
Overloop AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first user of your account. If you're not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a refund. No questions asked.
Please note that this policy applies only to the first user in your account and only within the first 30 days of your subscription. Refunds are not available beyond this period.
To request a refund, reach out to our support team through the chat feature within the app (button at the bottom left) or via email at support@overloop.com.
Yes, you can cancel your Overloop AI subscription at any time. To do so, navigate to Settings > Subscription and click on the Cancel button. Please note that only account administrators have the ability to cancel the subscription.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your current plan until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your subscription will be terminated.

Our Smart Limits algorithm protects your domain, preventing over-sending and maintaining a healthy sender reputation. We also perform multiple deliverability checks to ensure your messages are optimized for delivery.

Yes! Overloop AI lets you schedule automatic delays between emails and set up follow-up sequences. You can customize:
- How many days to wait before sending the next email
- Different follow-up messages to send if there’s no reply
- Out of Office detector to automatically pause sequences and resume when the prospect returns
As a best practice, we recommend sending initial emails closer together, with later follow-ups spaced further apart to keep your outreach effective and non-intrusive.
