💼 About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive (Growth Hacking) to drive user acquisition, product adoption, and brand visibility.
You’ll experiment, test, and optimize initiatives to fuel Overloop’s growth, combining data-driven strategy with creative execution.

Working closely with our leadership team and supported by an external agency for content and social media, you’ll be responsible for designing and running initiatives that attract new users, convert leads, and nurture long-term customers.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Develop, execute, and optimize growth strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, and partnerships).
  
• Manage lead generation and nurturing funnels to improve conversion at every stage.
  
• Identify and test new acquisition channels and tactics (growth experiments, referral programs, viral campaigns, etc.).
  
• Collaborate with our content and design agency to ensure messaging and creative assets align with brand strategy.
  
• Monitor and analyze key metrics (traffic, sign-ups, CAC, activation, retention) to guide marketing decisions.
  
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  
• Coordinate email marketing and automation workflows to improve customer engagement.
  
• Work with Product and Sales teams to align marketing efforts with new releases and customer feedback.
  
• Optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, analytics, automation tools).
  

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or B2B.
  
• Proven experience with data-driven experimentation and funnel optimization.
  
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, A/B testing, analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4, Hotjar, etc.).
  
• A creative mindset and strong curiosity for AI, automation, and innovation in marketing.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
  
• Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
