We’re now looking for a driven and ambitious Account Executive to help us accelerate our growth across the EMEA region.
🎯 Your Mission
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the EMEA market.
You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demos to negotiation and close — using Overloop’s own platform to generate leads, nurture relationships, and showcase real value to customers.
💼 Your Main Responsibilities
🧭 Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- Achieve and exceed the company’s sales goals for your territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle with a focus on customer value and ROI.
- Conduct product demos that demonstrate Overloop’s impact on outbound efficiency and personalization.
- Build, qualify, and grow your pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Use Overloop to identify, reach, and convert Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Understand prospects’ pain points, tailor solutions, and maintain strong follow-up discipline.
📈 Market & Product Expertise
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Overloop’s product, positioning, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to help refine our go-to-market and product roadmap.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure smooth handoff and customer success.
🤝 Customer Relationship & Advocacy
- Build long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Help reinforce Overloop’s presence and reputation in the EMEA region through strong customer advocacy and results-driven selling.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience with both inbound and outbound sales motions.
- Strong knowledge of prospecting techniques, CRM management (pipedrive), and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional European languages are a strong plus).
- Proactive, data-driven, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about AI, sales tech, and building relationships that drive growth.
- Europe-based preferred.
