Waterfall phone number finder
Find phone numbers
beyond your first source.
One empty result should not end your search. Overloop checks a waterfall of data sources from your prospect list. If one misses, the next takes over. You only spend credits when a number is found.
5 credits per number found. No result? No phone-search credits.

A waterfall that does the searching
One source says no.
The waterfall keeps going.
You found the right contact. Now find their number without repeating the lookup across separate tools. Overloop moves through the sources for you and stops at a result.
Search one prospect or a whole list.
Select the prospects with missing phone numbers and run a search in one action. Use it for a single priority account or to fill gaps across your call list.
One source, then the next.
Click Find phone. A source without a match passes the search to the next. Once a number is found, the waterfall stops and adds it to the prospect.
Get the result on the contact record.
The number is saved with the prospect’s details. Pick up your calling workflow with the contact, company and account context together.
Pay for the result
No number found?
No search credits spent.
A successful lookup costs 5 credits. An empty result uses 0 phone-search credits. No need to pay again to access numbers you already hold.
credits per number found
The phone number is added to your prospect record. Numbers you already hold stay accessible.
phone-search credits if no result
If the search returns no number, you keep those credits for another prospect.
The context stays with you

What you get, how credits work and what to expect from phone data.
What is a phone number finder?
A phone number finder searches for a business contact’s phone number using the details on their prospect record. In Overloop, you can run that search from a prospect list and keep the result alongside the contact’s other details.
How many credits does a phone number cost?
A found phone number costs 5 credits. If no number is found, no phone-search credits are consumed. Numbers you already hold remain accessible. Your subscription and credit allowance are separate from this per-result rule.
Can I find phone numbers in bulk?
Yes. Select the prospects you want to contact and run the search for missing phone numbers in one action. You can also search for one prospect at a time.
Does it work with imported prospects?
You can search from imported prospect records when they contain the identifying details the lookup needs, including a LinkedIn profile. A name alone may not be enough to find a match.
Will every search find a mobile number?
No. Results depend on the available source data and identifying information. Coverage varies by market and role. Finding a phone number does not confirm that it is current, reachable or a mobile number.
Does Overloop make the call for me?
This feature finds and stores phone numbers. It does not place calls. Use the returned number in your calling workflow and keep email and LinkedIn outreach in Overloop.
