Waalaxy is a per-user LinkedIn tool from €19 per month on yearly billing, built for solo users and small teams, with email on its Business plan. HeyReach is a cloud platform priced per LinkedIn sender at $79 per month, built for agencies and teams that run many accounts from one inbox. Below 10 accounts Waalaxy is cheaper on every line; at 25 accounts HeyReach's Agency plan changes the math. In March 2026 LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page; the software kept running. Every figure below is dated and sourced.

Disclosure first: we are Overloop, and we compete with both HeyReach and Waalaxy on LinkedIn outreach. This comparison is built from the two vendors' public pricing pages, help articles and blog posts, read on September 9, 2026. We did not run a paid trial of either tool for this edition. Where one of them is the better buy, we say so, including where it beats us.

HeyReach vs Waalaxy: which is better?

Waalaxy is the better buy for a solo user or a team of 2 to 5 who each run their own LinkedIn profile: it costs €19 to €69 per user per month billed yearly and adds email on its Business plan. HeyReach is the better buy for agencies and teams running 10 or more LinkedIn accounts: it prices per sender at $79 per month, rotates senders in one campaign and collects every reply in one inbox.

That is the short version. The rest of this article shows the numbers behind it, so you can check the verdict against your own team size.

How this comparison was made

For HeyReach we read the pricing page, the help center articles on plans, limits and sequence steps, and the company's own post about the March 2026 LinkedIn action. For Waalaxy we read the pricing page with each billing period selected, the team page, and the blog articles on quotas, limits, subscriptions and the Waalaxy Cloud. Every number below carries its date and source. If a figure no longer matches the vendor's site, the vendor's site wins. Our standalone HeyReach review goes deeper on that tool alone.

Who each tool is for

Waalaxy: one person, one profile, low price

Waalaxy started as a Chrome extension for individual LinkedIn users and still sells that way, per user, from €19 per month on the yearly plan. The homepage on September 9, 2026 claims 200,000+ sales reps, founders and teams as users and displays ratings of 4.8 on the Chrome Store, 4.5 on G2 and 4.4 on Capterra. Its blog describes a Freemium plan with no time limit but only 3 actions per day per action type; the pricing page no longer lists it and offers a 14-day free trial instead. Team features exist, but each member needs a license on the same plan, and the vendor's own subscriptions article, updated June 17, 2026, reserves the Enterprise or Custom plan for teams of 5 seats or more.

HeyReach: many accounts, one inbox

HeyReach is cloud-based and built for the opposite problem. You connect several LinkedIn sender profiles to one workspace, assign them to a campaign, and the software rotates actions across them while a unified inbox collects the replies. Pricing is per connected sender, not per user, so team members, virtual assistants and clients cost nothing. Its Agency plan bundles 25 senders for $999 per month, which is why agencies choose it. It has no native email channel and no built-in contact database.

Pricing: per user in euros vs per sender in dollars

The two vendors price in different currencies and different units. Waalaxy shows euros only and bills per user. HeyReach shows US dollars only and bills per LinkedIn sender. We have not converted anything; the point of the table is the shape of the cost, not the last decimal.

Waalaxy (pricing page, September 9, 2026): the page opens on yearly billing, marked as a 50% discount, and shows Pro at €19, Advanced at €49 and Business at €69 per user per month. Switching the selector to quarterly billing, marked as a 20% discount, shows €31, €79 and €109. Switching to monthly billing shows €39, €99 and €139. Pro includes 300 invitations per month and 25 email finder credits. Advanced raises invitations to 800 per month, keeps 25 credits and adds API access, Make, Zapier and n8n modules and live chat support. Business keeps 800 invitations, moves to 500 credits and is the only plan with cold email sequences and LinkedIn plus email campaigns. The LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on at €20 per month with 500 free conversations to start.

HeyReach (pricing page and help center, September 9, 2026): Growth is $79 per sender per month on monthly billing, $71 quarterly and $63 yearly, with 100 enrichment credits per sender. The help center lists a volume price of $47 per sender per month from 10 senders on a yearly plan. Agency is $999 per month for 25 senders, or $799 per month billed yearly. Unlimited is $2,999 per month, capped at 300 senders under a fair-use policy. The trial is 14 days, no credit card, up to 3 LinkedIn accounts.

LinkedIn accounts Waalaxy Pro, yearly (EUR) Waalaxy Business, yearly (EUR) Waalaxy Business, monthly (EUR) HeyReach Growth, monthly (USD) HeyReach, cheapest listed (USD)
1 €19 €69 €139 $79 $63 (Growth, yearly)
3 €57 €207 €417 $237 $189 (Growth, yearly)
10 €190 €690 €1,390 $790 $470 (Growth volume price, yearly)
25 €475 €1,725 €3,475 $999 (Agency, 25 senders) $799 (Agency, yearly)

Monthly figures per month, before tax. Waalaxy assumes one user per LinkedIn account on the same plan, as the vendor requires for teams. HeyReach assumes one sender per LinkedIn account. Sources: waalaxy.com/pricing and heyreach.io/pricing, both read on September 9, 2026.

Three things stand out.

LinkedIn safety and daily limits

Both vendors publish their limits, which is more than most of the category does. Both also operate against LinkedIn's User Agreement, which prohibits third-party automation, as do Overloop's LinkedIn steps; none can promise a restriction-free account.

HeyReach documents a warm-up from 5 connection requests a day in week one to 10 in week two and 15 to 20 afterwards, with a ceiling of 20 to 25 a day once a profile passes 1,000 connections. Its own review post calls 40 actions a day the safe standard, and its invitations cap at 200 per week. The company says each account runs behind a dedicated residential proxy and is frozen automatically before LinkedIn's thresholds; we cannot verify either from outside.

Waalaxy sets quotas per plan, according to its quotas article updated February 25, 2026. Freemium gets 3 actions per day per action type. Pro allows a maximum of 11 invitations a day, up to 300 a month, plus 120 to 150 messages, 80 to 100 follows and 120 to 150 profile visits a day. Advanced and Business allow 80 to 100 invitations a day, capped at LinkedIn's 200 per week, with the same message, follow and visit quotas. Each day Waalaxy applies a random quota between 80% and 100% of the maximum so the count is never identical, and it spaces invitations and messages 2 minutes 30 seconds apart with a 20% random variation.

The Cloud architecture matters here. According to Waalaxy's Cloud article, updated November 7, 2025, the Cloud is included and mandatory on Advanced and Business subscriptions and during the trial, because Chrome Store rules no longer allow actions to be sent from an extension. Each user gets a fixed IP close to their location, with a maximum of 5 users per IP, and the IPs are VPN IPs. You must give Waalaxy your LinkedIn credentials so it can run without your browser. Freemium users keep the computer on and a LinkedIn tab open.

Our reading: Waalaxy's Pro plan is the more conservative of the two by design, at 11 invitations a day. Above that, the two tools converge on the same weekly ceiling of 200 invitations, because LinkedIn sets it, not the vendor. The difference that remains is infrastructure: HeyReach claims one proxy per account, Waalaxy states up to 5 users per IP. Neither claim is independently verifiable.

The March 2026 LinkedIn action against HeyReach

On March 25, 2026, LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page and restricted the personal profiles of its CEO, CTO, CRO and CMO, without notice. HeyReach described the event in a post published on August 7, 2026. According to that post, the restrictions were limited to the company's own LinkedIn presence: customer accounts, campaigns and the platform kept operating normally, and the CEO wrote on the day that automations were running exactly as before. LinkedIn never published a reason. One competitor blog claimed HeyReach then cut its LinkedIn functionality; the pricing page still sold LinkedIn senders on September 9, 2026, so that claim is wrong.

What does it change in a HeyReach vs Waalaxy decision? Less than the headlines suggest, and not in Waalaxy's favor by default. HeyReach itself notes that Apollo, Seamless, Evaboot, Lemlist and La Growth Machine have had their LinkedIn presence hit before. Waalaxy has not been named in a comparable action that we could find on its own site, but it automates the same platform under the same rules. Treat the event as LinkedIn's clearest statement in years that automation is tolerated, not permitted, and pick the tool whose limits and infrastructure you are comfortable with. What HeyReach did lose is its marketing presence on LinkedIn, which means less social proof for buyers who check there before signing.

Email and multichannel

Here the two tools separate cleanly. Waalaxy's Business plan, at €69 per user per month yearly, includes cold email sequences, automated email follow-ups and multiple sender accounts, so a LinkedIn invitation that goes unanswered can be followed by an email inside the same campaign. The email finder that feeds those steps gives 500 credits per month on Business and only 25 on Pro and Advanced. HeyReach has no native email sender. Its multichannel page describes an "if ignored, then email" flow that hands the email step to Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison, and a Find Email step that spends 1 enrichment credit per successful lookup. For a small team that means a second tool and a second invoice; for an agency that already runs an email platform, HeyReach slots into the existing stack.

Integrations and CRM

HeyReach lists HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, n8n, Slack, Attio, Trigify, RB2B and Breakcold among about 25 named integrations, plus Zapier, Make, Pabbly and Albato. Pipedrive and Salesforce are not listed as native connectors. A public REST API with webhooks ships on every plan, and HeyReach publishes an MCP server so AI agents in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or n8n can drive campaigns. Waalaxy's homepage names HubSpot and Pipedrive and "2,000+ integrations" through Make, Zapier and n8n; its pricing page lists CRM sync on every plan and reserves API access and the Make, Zapier and n8n modules for Advanced and above. Waalaxy's AI assistant for finding prospects and drafting messages is marked "soon" on the homepage. If your outbound lives in Clay-style enrichment flows or you want an AI agent to operate campaigns, HeyReach is further along. For pushing prospects to HubSpot or Pipedrive, both do it.

Verdict by team type

If neither shape fits, our HeyReach alternatives guide and our LinkedIn outreach tools comparison cover Expandi, Dripify, Linked Helper and Lemlist with the same dated-price method.

Where Overloop fits

Cards on the table. Overloop is our product, and it sits between the two. Like Waalaxy, it is priced per user and runs email and LinkedIn steps in one sequence. Unlike both, it includes an advertised 450M+ B2B contact database, so the list is built inside the tool rather than imported from Sales Navigator or a CSV, with a Chrome extension to add prospects from LinkedIn. Starter is $69 per user per month with 250 credits and 1 email account; Growth is $99 with 500 credits and 3 email accounts. HubSpot and Pipedrive integrations are on Growth, Salesforce on Enterprise. The trial is 14 days, no credit card. Overloop is not built to rotate 25 client accounts, so agencies should still read HeyReach's page first. Teams choosing between us and HeyReach can read the Overloop vs HeyReach comparison.

Frequently asked questions

Is Waalaxy cheaper than HeyReach?

For 1 to 10 accounts, yes. On September 9, 2026, Waalaxy's pricing page showed Pro at €19, Advanced at €49 and Business at €69 per user per month on yearly billing, or €39, €99 and €139 monthly. HeyReach showed Growth at $79 per LinkedIn sender per month, or $63 yearly. At 25 accounts HeyReach's Agency plan, $999 per month for 25 senders, costs less than 25 Waalaxy Business licenses at €1,725 yearly, though more than 25 Waalaxy Pro licenses at €475. Prices are in different currencies and were not converted.

Does Waalaxy have a free plan?

Waalaxy's pricing page on September 9, 2026 lists a 14-day free trial on every plan and no free tier. Its blog article on subscriptions, updated June 17, 2026, still describes a Freemium plan that is free with no time limit but limited to 3 actions per day per action type, and its Cloud article says Freemium users must keep the computer on and a LinkedIn tab open. HeyReach offers a 14-day trial with no credit card and up to 3 LinkedIn accounts, with no free tier.

Is Waalaxy a Chrome extension or a cloud tool?

Both. Waalaxy is installed as a Chrome extension and rated on the Chrome Store, but according to its Cloud article, updated November 7, 2025, actions are sent from Waalaxy's servers on Advanced and Business subscriptions and during the trial, because Chrome Store rules no longer allow actions from an extension. The Cloud assigns each user a fixed IP with up to 5 users per IP and requires your LinkedIn credentials. HeyReach is fully cloud-based and claims a dedicated proxy per account.

Which tool sends more LinkedIn invitations?

Both stop at LinkedIn's ceiling of about 200 invitations per week. Waalaxy's Pro plan allows a maximum of 11 invitations a day and 300 a month; Advanced and Business allow 80 to 100 a day up to 200 a week, according to its quotas article updated February 25, 2026. HeyReach documents a warm-up from 5 a day to 20 to 25 a day once a profile has 1,000+ connections, with 200 a week as the cap. HeyReach's advantage is spreading volume across several senders rather than a higher limit per account.

Was HeyReach banned by LinkedIn, and does it affect users?

On March 25, 2026, LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page and restricted the personal profiles of its CEO, CTO, CRO and CMO, according to HeyReach's own account published on August 7, 2026. The software was not shut down; the company says customer accounts and campaigns kept running normally, and its pricing page still sold LinkedIn senders on September 9, 2026. The risk to any individual account depends on that account's volume and behavior, whichever tool sends the actions.

Which tool is better for email outreach?

Waalaxy, if you want email inside the LinkedIn campaign: its Business plan includes cold email sequences, automated email follow-ups, multiple sender accounts and 500 email finder credits per month. HeyReach has no native email sender and routes email steps through Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison, with a Find Email step that costs 1 enrichment credit per found address. Overloop runs email and LinkedIn steps in one sequence and adds a 450M+ contact database, from $69 per user per month.
