No. Same login at app.overloop.ai, same workspace, same data, same team supporting you. The acquisition is structural, not operational. Pricing, plans, integrations, and feature roadmap stay on the same trajectory we communicated before the deal.

Is my data still safe?

Yes. All Overloop data stays in the same EU infrastructure with the same security posture (GDPR-compliant, SOC 2 in progress). No data migration, no third-party transfers triggered by the acquisition. Sortlist operates under the same European data protection framework.

Will pricing change after the Sortlist acquisition?

No price changes are planned. Existing contracts honor current rates through their term. Future pricing decisions follow the same logic as before: tied to product value, not the corporate structure. Any changes get communicated in advance, never silently.

What happens to the Overloop product roadmap?

The roadmap accelerates.
