Cognism pricing is not published. On September 28, 2026, Cognism's pricing page listed 2 prospecting packages, Standard and Pro, each with 5 seats included, where 1 credit reveals 1 contact, and every package led to a sales call. To judge a quote, divide the annual contract by its credits. Teams under 5 seats usually compare it with per-seat tools that publish prices, such as Overloop.
Cognism is a sales intelligence platform known for European mobile data. It is also one of the vendors that answers "how much?" with "talk to us". We read the whole pricing page and FAQ on September 28, 2026 to separate what Cognism commits to in public from what only a quote will tell you, and to give you a way to compare that quote with tools that do publish a price.
Publisher disclosure: Overloop publishes this page and sells a tool that reveals phone numbers and emails. Every competitor price below was read on the vendor's own pricing page or help center on September 28, 2026. We did not buy the plans or run a data-quality test. Method and sources.
What Cognism publishes, and what it does not
- No price, no free plan and no self-serve checkout on the pricing page.
- Both packages include 5 seats, which sets a floor for small teams.
- 1 credit = 1 revealed contact; re-viewing it is free for the whole contract.
- A credit is used again only if the contact changes jobs.
- Pro adds on-demand mobile verification and Bombora intent data.
- Platinum, Diamond, Grow and Elevate are older names still used on third-party pages; the official page uses Standard and Pro.
- The FAQ says revealed records can be used throughout the contract, so ask what happens to them after it ends.

Platinum, Diamond, Grow, Elevate: which names are current?
Many third-party Cognism pricing articles still describe Platinum and Diamond plans, or Grow and Elevate. The official pricing page on September 28, 2026 uses only Standard and Pro for sales prospecting, plus CRM Enrichment and Data-as-a-Service. If a quote or an old article uses another name, ask Cognism which current package it maps to before you compare prices.
How Cognism credits work
- 1 credit = 1 revealed contact. Credits are used to reveal, enrich or export a contact.
- Re-viewing is free. Once a contact is redeemed, the team can keep using that record throughout the contract.
- Job changes. A credit is used again only if the contact changes jobs.
- One pool. The same credits work across the prospecting platform, Enrich and the API.
- Allocation. Each seat includes credits; additional credits can be purchased at any point.
This is a per-contact meter, not a per-field one. Where Lusha charges 5 credits for a phone number and 1 for an email, a Cognism credit covers the contact record. That makes the quote easier to compare: one division gives you a cost per contact.
How to turn a Cognism quote into a cost per number
- Ask for 3 numbers in writing: the annual contract value, the credits included per seat and in total, and the price of extra credits.
- Divide the contract value by the total credits. That is your cost per revealed contact at full use.
- Adjust for mobile coverage. Not every revealed contact will have a mobile. Ask Cognism for the mobile fill rate on a sample of your own target accounts, then divide the cost per contact by that rate to get a cost per mobile number.
- Compare with published prices. On September 28, 2026, self-serve tools ranged from about $0.40 to $0.65 per phone number on standard plans, as the table below shows.
Third-party procurement and competitor sites publish Cognism price estimates. We do not reproduce them because none can be checked against a Cognism document; if you see one, treat it as a negotiation anchor rather than a price.
What to check in a Cognism contract
- Seat floor. Both packages include 5 seats. If you have 2 sellers, ask whether a smaller package exists.
- Credit expiry and rollover. The page does not say whether unused credits roll over at renewal.
- Record use after the contract. The FAQ grants use of revealed records "throughout the contract". Ask what you may keep after it ends.
- Renewal notice. The page does not state the renewal or cancellation notice period; get it in the order form.
- Add-ons. CRM Enrichment and API access are priced separately, and the API needs a prospecting seat.
Cognism pricing compared with Lusha, Kaspr, FullEnrich and Overloop
| Tool | Entry price | Cost per phone number | When no number is found |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cognism | Not published (quote; packages include 5 seats) | Not published; 1 credit reveals 1 contact | A credit is used on reveal; re-viewing a revealed contact is free |
| Overloop | $69 per user per month (Starter, 250 credits) | 5 credits, only on a match (see pricing) | An empty lookup uses no phone-search credits |
| Lusha | $37.45 a month billed yearly, $49.90 monthly (Starter) | $0.47 on annual Starter, $0.62 on monthly Starter (5 credits a number) | Credits are deducted per data point revealed; bulk reveals charge every selected contact |
| Kaspr | $49 a month billed yearly, $65 monthly (Starter) | $0.49 on annual Starter, $0.65 on monthly Starter; add-on packs $0.36 to $0.21 | In bulk workflows, only with the "Phone numbers Required" setting on |
| FullEnrich | $29 a month for 500 credits (Pro) | $0.55 at 1,000 credits a month (10 credits a number), down to $0.35 at 100,000 | Nothing charged when nothing is found; landlines are free |
Prices as displayed on each vendor pricing page on September 28, 2026. Dollars per number assume every credit of the plan is spent on phone numbers; unused credits raise the real cost. Taxes, seat minimums and currency conversion change the total.
The tools with published prices let you run the per-number math before you talk to anyone; Cognism asks you to run it after the quote. See Kaspr pricing, Lusha pricing and FullEnrich pricing.
Overloop publishes this page, so treat this paragraph as the vendor speaking. For a team that does not want a 5-seat contract, the relevant comparison is a per-seat plan with a published credit rule. Overloop charges 5 credits per revealed number, and only when a number is found: an empty lookup uses no phone-search credits. Credits come with the seat, at $69 per user per month for Starter with 250 credits and $99 per user per month for Growth with 500 credits, and the same seat runs email and LinkedIn sequences. The dollar price of one Overloop number is not published yet, so we do not quote one here; check Overloop pricing for the current plans. Overloop's phone number finder queries several sources in turn and stops at the first match, and Overloop finds work emails with its email finder.
Is Cognism worth the price?
Cognism is built for teams of 5 or more with a procurement process and European mobile coverage as the priority. The per-contact credit and the free re-views make it predictable once signed. It is a poor fit for a founder or a 2-person team that wants to start this week. For that team, a per-seat plan with a published credit rule lets you run the per-number math before any sales meeting: Overloop charges 5 credits per revealed number, only on a match, and the same seat runs email and LinkedIn sequences. If the quote comes back too high, our Cognism alternatives guide compares 10 options with published prices.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Cognism cost?
Cognism does not publish prices. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page said pricing is tailored to the product you need, your team setup and how you plan to use the platform, and every package routes to sales. Third-party sites publish estimates, but none can be checked against a Cognism source, so we do not repeat them.
What is the difference between Cognism Standard and Pro?
Standard covers core prospecting: contact and company data, list building with firmographic, technographic and signal filters, AI research and CSV enrichment. Pro adds what Cognism calls higher-quality mobile data, on-demand mobile verification, intent data from Bombora and enhanced dashboards. Both include 5 seats.
How do Cognism credits work?
1 credit reveals, enriches or exports 1 contact. Viewing a contact you already revealed is free for the rest of the contract, and a credit is only used again if that contact changes jobs. Each seat includes a credit allocation and more can be bought at any point. The same credits work across the platform, Enrich and the API.
Does Cognism have a free plan?
The pricing page does not list a free plan or a self-serve trial. It offers a demo and a free data sample request.
Is Cognism worth it for a small team?
The packages start at 5 seats, so a team of 1 or 2 pays for seats it will not use. Small teams usually compare self-serve tools with published prices, such as Overloop, Kaspr, Lusha or FullEnrich. Overloop sells seats at $69 per user per month (Starter, 250 credits) and charges 5 credits per revealed number, only when a number is found.
What services does Cognism provide?
Cognism sells B2B contact and company data in 3 forms: Sales Prospecting (the Standard and Pro packages, with list building, AI account research and CSV enrichment), CRM Enrichment (enrich and maintain CRM records, standalone or as an add-on) and Data-as-a-Service (API or bulk delivery; API access requires a prospecting seat). Pro adds on-demand mobile verification and intent data.
Which is better, FullEnrich or Cognism?
They answer different buying processes. FullEnrich publishes its price, charges 10 credits per verified mobile number, charges nothing when nothing is found and includes unlimited users. Cognism publishes no price, sells packages with 5 seats included and adds on-demand mobile verification on Pro. A small team that wants to start without a sales call usually leans to a published-price tool; a 5-plus-seat team buying through procurement can compare both on a sample of its own accounts.
How do I remove my phone number from Cognism?
Use Cognism's data opt-out page, cognism.com/data-opt-out. On September 28, 2026 it redirected to a Data Subject Request form where you choose Delete my data, Do not sell, Right to edit or Get a copy of my data. The form asks for your name, business email, job title, company, business mobile number and LinkedIn URL, and Cognism verifies your identity before acting.
Who are Cognism's competitors?
For contact data, the closest are ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, Kaspr and FullEnrich. Our Cognism alternatives guide compares 10 of them by data approach, entry price and phone cost.
How we priced it, and the sources
On September 28, 2026 we opened each official pricing page as a logged-out visitor from a European IP address, in a headless browser so that prices rendered by JavaScript were visible, and read the help-center or legal pages listed below. Cost per number is our arithmetic: the plan price divided by the phone numbers the plan can reveal if every credit goes to phones. It is a floor, not a forecast, because unused credits and misses raise the real cost. We excluded star ratings and accuracy percentages that a pricing page cannot prove. Cognism publishes no prices, so this page reports only what the pricing page and its FAQ state, and the arithmetic you can apply to a quote.
