RB2B is the cheapest way to put a name on an anonymous website visitor, starting free and reaching $199 a month. Its constraint is geography: person-level resolution is focused on United States traffic. This compares the alternatives on two axes that decide the outcome, whether they resolve a person or only a company, and whether they cover your market. Prices read from vendor pages on August 22, 2026.
The short answer: RB2B pushes person-level identifications of anonymous website visitors to Slack, free for 150 a month and $199 a month at the top published tier. Replace it when your traffic is not mainly American, when you need company-level coverage across Europe, or when identification alone is not the bottleneck. Leadfeeder and Albacross cover Europe from EUR 59 to EUR 79 a month, Warmly bundles de-anonymisation with on-site chat from $10,000 a year, and Overloop from $69 per user per month handles the outreach that identification triggers.
The two things that decide this choice
- Person level or company level. RB2B names an individual. Leadfeeder, Albacross and Lead Forensics name the account and leave contact selection to the rep. That single difference changes the play more than any pricing tier does.
- RB2B's published range is free to $199 a month: 150 resolutions free, 300 at $79, then business email addresses and all integrations from $149.
- Europe is where RB2B thins out. Leadfeeder at EUR 79 a month and Albacross at EUR 59 a month both price in euros and market to European buyers.
- Lead Forensics prices on your traffic volume and publishes no figure, so the bill grows as marketing succeeds.
- Three alternatives are free to start: Leadfeeder Lite at the last 100 companies a month, Koala at 100 credits, Unify with limited credits and three seats.
How this comparison was built
This is a desk comparison, not a hands-on test. On August 22, 2026 every vendor's own pricing page was read and the figures transcribed as published, with the billing period and the credit or seat limits attached to each tier. Where a vendor publishes no figure, that is recorded as published rather than estimated, because an unpublished price is itself a buying consideration.
No performance claim here comes from a vendor marketing page. Coverage is described from vendor product documentation. Currency is reproduced as shown, which is why some tools appear in euros.
RB2B alternatives compared on published price and resolution level
| Tool | What it watches | Published entry price | Top published tier | Free tier | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Execution layer: takes a signal list and runs email plus LinkedIn sequences | $69/user/mo | $99/user/mo, then custom | No, paid plans only | Teams whose bottleneck is acting on the signal, not finding it | |
| Company-level website visitor identification with intent filtering | Free, then EUR 79/mo | EUR 599/mo | Yes, last 100 companies a month | European teams that want visitor identification with GDPR footing | |
| Company-level website identification with European data coverage | EUR 59/mo billed yearly | EUR 149/mo, then custom | 14-day trial, no credit card | European teams that need identification plus verified contact credits | |
| Warm outbound built on website, research and social signals | Free, then $20/seat/mo | $60/seat/mo, then custom | Yes, limited credits and three seats | Teams that want signals and sequencing on one seat-based price | |
| Product and website intent scoring for product-led motions | Free, then $200/mo | $1,000/mo, then custom | Yes, 100 credits and two seats | Product-led companies scoring in-product behaviour | |
| Web de-anonymisation, inbound chat and social signal monitoring | $10,000/yr | $30,000/yr | No | Inbound-heavy teams that want de-anonymisation plus chat | |
| Lead Forensics | Website visitor identification priced on traffic volume | Not published | Not published | Demo then trial | Teams that want unlimited users on a traffic-based contract |
| Data orchestration with signal triggers built from many sources | $54/mo billed annually | $185/mo annually, then custom | Yes, 500 actions and 100 data credits a month | Operators who want to compose their own signal logic | |
| Multi-source signal capture across social, community, product and web | $2,500/mo billed annually | Custom | No | Larger revenue teams consolidating many signal sources |
Read the resolution column before the price column. A company-level tool at EUR 59 a month and a person-level tool at $149 a month are not competing on value, they are answering different questions. If your sales motion needs a named human before a rep will act, company-level identification will sit unused whatever it costs.
1.
Overloop
What it watches: Execution layer: takes a signal list and runs email plus LinkedIn sequences
Starter is $69 per user per month with 250 credits, one mailbox per user and three campaigns. Growth is $99 per user per month with 500 credits, three mailboxes and the published HubSpot and Pipedrive integrations. Enterprise is a custom price with 1,000 credits per user, unlimited mailboxes and campaigns, and the Salesforce integration. All tiers include the 450M contact database, email verification and LinkedIn steps.
Where it stops: Overloop does not generate third-party intent data. It is the layer that turns a signal you already have into sequenced outreach.
Price source: Overloop pricing page, read August 22, 2026.
2.
Leadfeeder (Dealfront)
What it watches: Company-level website visitor identification with intent filtering
Lite is free forever and shows the last 100 identified companies a month with seven days of history and unlimited users. Discover is EUR 79 a month billed annually, or EUR 113 monthly. Activate is EUR 369 a month annually, or EUR 527 monthly, and adds verified emails and intent signal filtering. Scale is EUR 599 a month on annual billing with free company data export and a dedicated CSM.
Where it stops: Identification is company level, not person level, so the rep still has to pick the contact.
Price source: Leadfeeder (Dealfront) pricing page, read August 22, 2026.
3.
Albacross
What it watches: Company-level website identification with European data coverage
Starter is EUR 59 a month billed yearly, or EUR 84 monthly, for up to 100 identified companies a month with ten verified email credits and five phone credits. Professional is EUR 149 a month yearly, or EUR 213 monthly, for up to 500 companies with unlimited outreach sequences and LinkedIn Ads integration. Organisation is custom on annual billing only, from 501 companies upward. Extra email credits run from EUR 0.30 down to EUR 0.16 depending on volume.
Where it stops: Identification is company level and the included contact credits are small, so most teams pay again for contact data.
Price source: Albacross pricing page, read August 22, 2026.
4.
Unify
What it watches: Warm outbound built on website, research and social signals
The free plan carries limited credits and up to three seats. Base is $20 per seat per month with 800 credits per seat. Pro is $60 per seat per month with 2,400 credits per seat and a fourteen-day trial. Business is a custom annual price with a shared credit pool. Top-up credits do not auto-renew and carry over for up to twelve months.
Where it stops: Credit consumption is the real cost driver, so per-seat pricing understates the bill on high-volume workspaces.
Price source: Unify pricing page, read August 22, 2026.
5.
Koala
What it watches: Product and website intent scoring for product-led motions
The free plan includes 100 credits a month and two seats with the full feature set. Starter is $200 a month for 1,000 credits and two seats. Growth is $1,000 a month for 5,000 credits and three seats, with a fourteen-day trial. Business is custom. Every tier carries the same features and differs on credits, seats and support.
Where it stops: Strongest where you have product usage to read. Thin if your motion is pure cold outbound.
Price source: Koala pricing page, read August 22, 2026.
6.
Warmly
What it watches: Web de-anonymisation, inbound chat and social signal monitoring
AI Web-Deanonymization is $10,000 a year, Inbound Chat is $20,000 a year and AI Inbound Autopilot is $30,000 a year, each from 10,000 credits a month. Quarterly billing is $4,875, $6,500 and $9,750 respectively. The GTM Signals Package is a separate add-on at $10,000 a year, and Warm Experiences is another $10,000 a year.
Where it stops: Signals are an add-on, not part of the base plan. Adding them to the entry tier doubles the annual cost.
Price source: Warmly pricing page, read August 22, 2026.
7. Lead Forensics
What it watches: Website visitor identification priced on traffic volume
Two tiers are named on the pricing page, Essentials and Automate, with no figure against either. The page states that pricing is calculated based on your website visitors and that unlimited users are included. The route to a number is a demo followed by a trial.
Where it stops: Traffic-based pricing means your bill rises with marketing success, and you cannot model it before the call.
Price source: Lead Forensics pricing page, read August 22, 2026.
8.
Clay
What it watches: Data orchestration with signal triggers built from many sources
The free tier gives 500 actions and 100 data credits a month. Launch starts at $54 a month billed annually, or $167 monthly, for 15,000 actions and 3,000 data credits. Growth starts at $185 a month annually, or $446 monthly, for 40,000 actions and 6,000 data credits. Enterprise is custom with 200,000 or more actions.
Where it stops: Clay is a build-it-yourself surface. The signal quality is whatever you wire into it, and credits are consumed per action.
Price source: Clay pricing page, read August 22, 2026.
9.
Common Room
What it watches: Multi-source signal capture across social, community, product and web
Essential is $2,500 a month billed annually and includes five seats, up to 100,000 contacts, 5,000 RoomieAI research credits and 2,500 Prospector credits. Advanced is a custom price with fifteen seats and up to 250,000 contacts. Enterprise is custom with thirty seats and up to 750,000 contacts.
Where it stops: Entry price is $30,000 a year before any seat expansion, which puts it out of reach for most teams under twenty reps.
Price source: Common Room pricing page, read August 22, 2026.
Coverage is the constraint, not price
Every visitor identification tool works by matching an IP address or a device signal against a graph. The graph is the product. Price differences across this category are mostly differences in which graph a vendor licences and for which market.
United States traffic has the deepest person-level coverage, which is why RB2B can offer named individuals at $79 a month. European traffic is thinner at person level and better served at company level, which is why Leadfeeder and Albacross both sell company identification in euros and add verified contact credits as a separate line. Long-tail markets outside those two blocks see match rates fall sharply regardless of vendor, and no pricing tier fixes that.
The practical test costs nothing. Run Leadfeeder Lite and RB2B Free together for a fortnight. Leadfeeder shows the last 100 companies a month and RB2B resolves 150 visitors. If the accounts you recognise are mostly in one geography, you have your answer about which graph to pay for.
What happens after the match is where the value is
Identification is a fact, not a play. A named visitor is worth nothing until someone sends something that references why they were on the page. Four steps sit in between, and none of the tools above complete them for you.
- Filter to ICP. Most identified traffic is not a buyer. Recruiters, competitors, students and your own team all show up.
- Deduplicate against the CRM. An identification on an open opportunity is a note for the owner, not a new sequence.
- Find and verify a contact if the tool resolved only the company, or verify the address if it resolved a person.
- Write the visit into the opener without being creepy about it. Referencing a page topic works. Referencing the timestamp does not.
That last mile is a different product. Overloop's sales prospecting software page covers how a list becomes a sequenced email and LinkedIn campaign, including the credit limits and CRM availability per plan.
Frequently asked questions
How much does RB2B cost?
RB2B publishes a free plan with 150 monthly resolutions at company level pushed to Slack, with no person-level identification and no email addresses. Starter is $79 a month for 300 resolutions with LinkedIn URLs. Pro is $149 a month and adds business email addresses and all integrations. Pro plus is $199 a month with premium resolution. A seven-day full-featured trial is offered on every tier.
What is the best free RB2B alternative?
Leadfeeder Lite is free forever and shows the last 100 identified companies a month with seven days of history and unlimited users. Koala's free plan gives 100 credits and two seats with the full feature set. Unify's free plan carries limited credits and up to three seats. All three are capped by volume rather than by feature, which makes them usable for a genuine two-week test.
Does RB2B work outside the United States?
RB2B's person-level resolution is focused on United States traffic, so European and rest-of-world pipelines see materially thinner coverage. For European traffic, Leadfeeder at EUR 79 a month and Albacross at EUR 59 a month both price in euros and market to European buyers, though both resolve at company level rather than naming an individual.
What is the difference between RB2B and Leadfeeder?
Resolution level and market. RB2B names an individual visitor and pushes a LinkedIn URL, with business email addresses from its $149 plan, and is strongest on United States traffic. Leadfeeder identifies the visiting company, prices in euros from EUR 79 a month on annual billing, and adds verified emails and intent filtering on its EUR 369 Activate tier.
Is Warmly an RB2B alternative?
Partly. Warmly does de-anonymise website visitors, but it bundles that with an inbound chat agent and prices from $10,000 a year, against RB2B's $199 a month at the top published tier. If you only want to know who visited, Warmly is an expensive way to buy it. If you want the visitor greeted on the page as well, the bundle is the product.
Why does Lead Forensics not publish a price?
Lead Forensics states that pricing is calculated based on your website visitor volume, with unlimited users included. Two tiers are named, Essentials and Automate, with no figure against either. The practical consequence is that you cannot model the cost before a sales call, and that the bill rises as your marketing succeeds.
Do I need a visitor identification tool at all?
Only if your website already attracts target accounts. The free tiers settle this in a fortnight at no cost. If Leadfeeder Lite and RB2B Free together surface fewer than about twenty recognisable target accounts in seven days, your traffic is not yet a signal source and a paid tier will not change that.
Can Clay replace RB2B?
No. Clay orchestrates and enriches data you bring to it, and its free tier gives 500 actions and 100 data credits a month, with Launch from $54 a month billed annually. It does not deanonymise traffic. Teams commonly pair a resolution tool with Clay, using Clay for the filtering, enrichment and routing rather than the identification itself.
You know who visited. Now say something worth a reply.
Overloop turns an identified visitor into a sequenced email and LinkedIn campaign, with sourcing, verification and reporting in one place. Starter is $69 per user per month.
