Warmly's entry plan is $10,000 a year, and the GTM Signals Package is a separate $10,000 a year. So the real floor for signal-driven outbound on Warmly is $20,000 a year. This compares what the same budget, and much less, buys elsewhere. Every figure was read off the vendor's own pricing page on August 22, 2026.

The short answer: Warmly bundles web de-anonymisation, inbound chat and social monitoring, and prices from $10,000 a year with signals as a further $10,000 add-on. Look elsewhere if you want one signal family done well at a lower floor, or if you need the execution layer on the same bill. Unify starts at $20 per seat per month, RB2B and Leadfeeder both have usable free tiers, and Overloop at $69 per user per month covers the sequencing that Warmly leaves to your outreach tool.

What you are actually comparing against

  • Warmly's published floor is $10,000 a year for AI Web-Deanonymization, rising to $30,000 a year for AI Inbound Autopilot. Quarterly billing is $4,875 to $9,750.
  • Signals cost extra. The GTM Signals Package is $10,000 a year on top, and Warm Experiences is another $10,000 a year.
  • Five alternatives here publish a monthly price under $250: Unify from $20 per seat, Trigify at $40, RB2B at $79, Albacross at EUR 59 and Koala at $200.
  • Four have a free tier you can actually test with: Unify, RB2B, Leadfeeder and Koala. None of them require a demo first.
  • Only Pocus among the alternatives publishes nothing, and access there is gated behind a waitlist.

How this comparison was built

This is a desk comparison, not a hands-on test. On August 22, 2026 every vendor's own pricing page was read and the figures transcribed as published, with the billing period and the credit or seat limits attached to each tier. Where a vendor publishes no figure, that is recorded as published rather than estimated, because an unpublished price is itself a buying consideration.

No performance claim here comes from a vendor marketing page. Coverage is described from vendor product documentation. Currency is reproduced as shown, which is why some tools appear in euros.

Warmly's own position is worth stating plainly: it is the only tool in this set that bundles de-anonymisation with an inbound chat agent, and that combination is genuinely hard to assemble from parts. The question is whether you need the combination. Teams that only want to know who visited pay less for the same knowledge from RB2B, Leadfeeder or Albacross, and teams that want signals feeding sequences pay less by pairing a cheap source with an execution tool.

1. Overloop logoOverloop

What it watches: Execution layer: takes a signal list and runs email plus LinkedIn sequences

Starter is $69 per user per month with 250 credits, one mailbox per user and three campaigns. Growth is $99 per user per month with 500 credits, three mailboxes and the published HubSpot and Pipedrive integrations. Enterprise is a custom price with 1,000 credits per user, unlimited mailboxes and campaigns, and the Salesforce integration. All tiers include the 450M contact database, email verification and LinkedIn steps.

Where it stops: Overloop does not generate third-party intent data. It is the layer that turns a signal you already have into sequenced outreach.

Price source: Overloop pricing page, read August 22, 2026.

2. Unify logoUnify

What it watches: Warm outbound built on website, research and social signals

The free plan carries limited credits and up to three seats. Base is $20 per seat per month with 800 credits per seat. Pro is $60 per seat per month with 2,400 credits per seat and a fourteen-day trial. Business is a custom annual price with a shared credit pool. Top-up credits do not auto-renew and carry over for up to twelve months.

Where it stops: Credit consumption is the real cost driver, so per-seat pricing understates the bill on high-volume workspaces.

Price source: Unify pricing page, read August 22, 2026.

3. Trigify logoTrigify

What it watches: LinkedIn social listening: post engagement, topic monitoring, tracked accounts

Starter is $40 a month with 4,000 credits, 25 listening searches, 25 workflows and two seats. The top tier is $199 a month with 40,000 credits, 100 listening searches, five seats and 50,000 tracked accounts. Enterprise is custom with 200,000 or more credits. Overage is billed at $0.012 per credit.

Where it stops: Coverage is social. There is no web-visitor identification and no third-party research intent.

Price source: Trigify pricing page, read August 22, 2026.

4. RB2B logoRB2B

What it watches: Person-level identification of anonymous US website visitors

The free plan resolves 150 visitors a month at company level and pushes to Slack, with no person-level identification and no email addresses. Starter is $79 a month for 300 resolutions with LinkedIn URLs. Pro is $149 a month and adds business email addresses and all integrations. Pro plus is $199 a month with premium resolution. A seven-day full-featured trial is offered on every tier.

Where it stops: Identification is focused on United States traffic, so European pipelines see thinner coverage.

Price source: RB2B pricing page, read August 22, 2026.

5. Albacross logoAlbacross

What it watches: Company-level website identification with European data coverage

Starter is EUR 59 a month billed yearly, or EUR 84 monthly, for up to 100 identified companies a month with ten verified email credits and five phone credits. Professional is EUR 149 a month yearly, or EUR 213 monthly, for up to 500 companies with unlimited outreach sequences and LinkedIn Ads integration. Organisation is custom on annual billing only, from 501 companies upward. Extra email credits run from EUR 0.30 down to EUR 0.16 depending on volume.

Where it stops: Identification is company level and the included contact credits are small, so most teams pay again for contact data.

Price source: Albacross pricing page, read August 22, 2026.

6. Leadfeeder (Dealfront) logoLeadfeeder (Dealfront)

What it watches: Company-level website visitor identification with intent filtering

Lite is free forever and shows the last 100 identified companies a month with seven days of history and unlimited users. Discover is EUR 79 a month billed annually, or EUR 113 monthly. Activate is EUR 369 a month annually, or EUR 527 monthly, and adds verified emails and intent signal filtering. Scale is EUR 599 a month on annual billing with free company data export and a dedicated CSM.

Where it stops: Identification is company level, not person level, so the rep still has to pick the contact.

Price source: Leadfeeder (Dealfront) pricing page, read August 22, 2026.

7. Koala logoKoala

What it watches: Product and website intent scoring for product-led motions

The free plan includes 100 credits a month and two seats with the full feature set. Starter is $200 a month for 1,000 credits and two seats. Growth is $1,000 a month for 5,000 credits and three seats, with a fourteen-day trial. Business is custom. Every tier carries the same features and differs on credits, seats and support.

Where it stops: Strongest where you have product usage to read. Thin if your motion is pure cold outbound.

Price source: Koala pricing page, read August 22, 2026.

8. Clay logoClay

What it watches: Data orchestration with signal triggers built from many sources

The free tier gives 500 actions and 100 data credits a month. Launch starts at $54 a month billed annually, or $167 monthly, for 15,000 actions and 3,000 data credits. Growth starts at $185 a month annually, or $446 monthly, for 40,000 actions and 6,000 data credits. Enterprise is custom with 200,000 or more actions.

Where it stops: Clay is a build-it-yourself surface. The signal quality is whatever you wire into it, and credits are consumed per action.

Price source: Clay pricing page, read August 22, 2026.

9. Common Room logoCommon Room

What it watches: Multi-source signal capture across social, community, product and web

Essential is $2,500 a month billed annually and includes five seats, up to 100,000 contacts, 5,000 RoomieAI research credits and 2,500 Prospector credits. Advanced is a custom price with fifteen seats and up to 250,000 contacts. Enterprise is custom with thirty seats and up to 750,000 contacts.

Where it stops: Entry price is $30,000 a year before any seat expansion, which puts it out of reach for most teams under twenty reps.

Price source: Common Room pricing page, read August 22, 2026.

10. Pocus logoPocus

What it watches: Product-led signal scoring and account research agents

No pricing table, plan names or figures appear. The page offers Join Waitlist and Take a tour as the only actions.

Where it stops: Access itself is gated by a waitlist, so it is not an option you can evaluate on your own timeline.

Price source: Pocus pricing page, read August 22, 2026.

Where Warmly is the right answer

Three situations justify the price. First, inbound-heavy motions where an anonymous visitor should be greeted rather than logged: the chat agent and the de-anonymisation sit on the same record, and that is a real product, not a bundle. Second, teams with no operator to wire tools together, where paying for the reconciliation is cheaper than building it. Third, organisations that need one vendor and one contract for procurement reasons.

What Warmly does not do is send your outbound. Sequencing, mailbox management, deliverability and LinkedIn steps all live somewhere else. That matters for the budget comparison, because a Warmly line item is rarely the whole bill.

What $20,000 a year buys if you unbundle

Warmly's floor for signals is $10,000 plus $10,000. Here is one way to spend the same amount and cover more ground.

That totals roughly $12,500 a year for four layers, against $20,000 for two. The trade is real and it is not free: you now own four vendors, four bills and the reconciliation between them. If you have an operator, unbundling wins on both coverage and cost. If you do not, the bundle is worth paying for and you should stop reading comparison tables.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Warmly cost?

Warmly publishes three annual tiers: AI Web-Deanonymization at $10,000 a year, Inbound Chat at $20,000 a year and AI Inbound Autopilot at $30,000 a year, each from 10,000 credits a month. Quarterly billing is $4,875, $6,500 and $9,750 respectively. The GTM Signals Package is a separate add-on at $10,000 a year and Warm Experiences is another $10,000 a year.

What is the cheapest Warmly alternative?

Unify Base at $20 per seat per month is the cheapest paid alternative in this comparison, and Unify also has a free tier with limited credits and up to three seats. Trigify Starter at $40 a month is the cheapest dedicated social listening tool. For website identification, both Leadfeeder Lite and RB2B Free cost nothing and are capped by volume rather than features.

Is there a free alternative to Warmly?

Four of the alternatives here have a real free tier. Unify gives limited credits and three seats. RB2B resolves 150 website visitors a month at company level. Leadfeeder Lite shows the last 100 identified companies a month with seven days of history. Koala gives 100 credits and two seats with the full feature set. None require a sales call to start.

Does Warmly include outbound sequencing?

No. Warmly detects and engages on your site, and routes records onward. Email and LinkedIn sequencing, mailbox management, deliverability controls and follow-up logic sit in a separate tool. That is why a Warmly line item is usually paired with an execution platform, and why the total cost of a signal-driven motion is higher than the Warmly price alone.

What is the difference between company-level and person-level identification?

Company-level identification tells you an account visited and leaves the rep to choose a contact. Person-level identification names an individual. Leadfeeder, Albacross and Lead Forensics work at company level. RB2B resolves at person level on its paid tiers and pushes LinkedIn URLs, with business email addresses from the $149 Pro plan upward. Person-level coverage is materially thinner outside the United States.

Which Warmly alternative is best for European teams?

Leadfeeder and Albacross both market to European buyers and price in euros, at EUR 79 and EUR 59 a month respectively on annual billing. RB2B's person-level resolution is focused on United States traffic, so European pipelines see thinner coverage there. Take the compliance question to your own counsel rather than to a vendor page.

Can I replace Warmly with Clay?

Only partly, and only if you have an operator. Clay is a composition surface: it can orchestrate signals from many sources and trigger actions, but the signal quality is whatever you wire into it and credits are consumed per action. Clay's free tier gives 500 actions and 100 data credits a month, Launch starts at $54 a month billed annually. It replaces the plumbing, not the de-anonymisation data.

Does anyone in this comparison bundle signals and sending?

Unify and Overloop are the two closest to that. Unify prices signals and outbound on one seat-based plan from $20 per seat per month. Overloop covers the execution half from $69 per user per month and expects the signal to arrive from elsewhere. Warmly bundles detection and on-site engagement, but not outbound sending.

Signals are cheap. Acting on them is where the money goes.

Overloop turns a signal list into sequenced email and LinkedIn outreach, with sourcing, verification and reporting in one place. Its sales prospecting software page explains the campaign workflow, credit limits and CRM availability per plan. Starter is $69 per user per month.
