  17. Bottom line

Seamless.AI is easy to try and hard to price. The free plan gives 1 user 50 credits; everything above it sits behind a contact-sales button, and the FAQ says Pro starts at 10,000 annual credits. Teams usually look for a Seamless.AI alternative for one of 3 reasons: they want to see the price before the call, they do not want an annual credit package, or they want the number to land in outreach without another tool. This guide compares 10 alternatives on data approach, entry price and the dollar cost of one phone number.

Publisher disclosure: Overloop publishes this guide and is our first recommendation for SMB teams that want contact data and outreach in one tool. The other 9 options address specific requirements, and several beat Overloop on raw phone volume per dollar. Recommendations use public vendor sources read on September 28, 2026; we did not run a comparative product trial. Method and dated sources.

Short answer. For phone numbers that go straight into outreach, Overloop is our first pick: 5 credits per number, charged only when one is found, in the seat that runs email and LinkedIn sequences, from $69 per user per month. If price transparency is the problem, Apollo (about $0.16 per number), Lusha (about $0.47) and UpLead (about $0.44 per contact) publish their plans. To pay only for found data, RocketReach refunds empty lookups and FullEnrich bills only verified results.

Entry price and price per phone number are computed from the vendor pricing page as read on September 28, 2026: plan price divided by the phone numbers it includes, or pack price divided by credits multiplied by credits per number. Annual prices require an annual commitment. Taxes, seat minimums and add-ons change the total. The Overloop cell stays in credits: 5 per revealed number, charged only when a number is found.

Key takeaways

What changes when you leave Seamless.AI

  • Seamless.AI publishes no paid price; every alternative in the table except Cognism publishes at least an entry plan.
  • A Seamless.AI credit is spent when it researches a contact. FullEnrich and Overloop charge only when a number is found, and RocketReach refunds empty lookups.
  • Published phone costs range from about $0.16 per number at Apollo to $0.65 at Kaspr on monthly billing, with export-capped plans like ContactOut metered by exports instead.
  • Seamless.AI bundles an engagement layer, Connect. Overloop runs email and LinkedIn sequences and Apollo runs email sequences; Lusha and RocketReach list lighter email-sending features.
  • Annual billing is where most of the published discounts sit, so compare like for like.
  • Every price here was read on the vendor page on September 28, 2026; open the source before buying.

Seamless.AI today: what an alternative must replace

On September 28, 2026 the Seamless.AI pricing page listed 3 plans. It described Data Enrichment, Autopilot and Buyer Intent Data as add-ons, and a banner said all plans now include Connect, its email, calling and task layer, for a limited time.

The FAQ defines a credit as what is used when Seamless.AI researches a contact to find emails, phone numbers and insights, and says the prices shown reflect an annual discount. It also advertises a Switch and Save program offering eligible prospects up to 50 percent off what they pay their current provider, subject to terms. So an alternative has to replace a real-time search across the web, a Chrome extension, CRM enrichment and, for some teams, the engagement layer. Most tools below replace the data part; Overloop and Apollo replace the engagement part too.

1. Overloop: best for teams that want the number, the email and the sequence in one tool

Best for: SMB sales teams that want to find phone numbers and emails and then run email and LinkedIn sequences from the same prospect record, at a published per-seat price.

Overloop is our first recommendation, and we publish this guide, so weigh that. Seamless.AI keeps its price behind a sales call and sells annual credit packages. Overloop publishes its plans, bills per user per month, and puts the phone number, the email and the email and LinkedIn sequence in one seat.

Overloop finds a phone number from the prospect record. You click Find phone on one prospect, or run it in bulk on a list, and Overloop checks several phone-data sources in sequence and stops at the first match. It charges 5 credits per revealed number, and only when a number is found; an empty search uses no phone-search credits. The number stays on the prospect and exports to CSV. Overloop documents the flow on its phone number finder page.

Overloop phone number finder page, public product page captured September 28, 2026. The waterfall shown on the page is illustrative, as the page itself states. Select the image to enlarge. This is a public-page capture, not an independent product test.

Overloop pricing is per user. Starter is $69 per user per month with 250 credits and 1 connected email account. Growth is $99 per user per month with 500 credits and 3 connected email accounts. The same credits source prospects from Overloop's advertised 450M+ B2B contact database and find emails, and the seat also runs email and LinkedIn sequences and a Chrome extension that adds LinkedIn profiles as prospects. We do not quote a dollar price per phone number for Overloop in this guide; the credit rule and plan prices are on Overloop pricing.

Limits to know: there is no built-in dialer, so revealed numbers go to your calling tool or a CSV. The lookup works best when the prospect record carries a LinkedIn profile; a name alone may not be enough. Finding a number does not confirm that it is current or a mobile. LinkedIn steps in sequences stay subject to LinkedIn's rules, and CRM integration scope varies by plan. We publish no match rate for Overloop, because a rate measured on our lists would not predict yours.

Choose it over Seamless.AI when: you want a published price, monthly billing and outreach in the same tool, and you would rather pay for found numbers than for researched contacts. Stay with Seamless.AI when: you are a US team that wants Seamless.AI's real-time search engine and its buyer intent and job-change add-ons on one contract. 2. Apollo.io: best for the lowest published price per phone number

Best for: teams that want a large database, email sequences and a US dialer at a published per-seat price.

Apollo combines a large contact database with email sequences, a US dialer and deal management. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed Free at $0 with 900 credits per seat per year, Basic at $49 per seat per month billed annually with 30,000 credits per seat per year, Professional at $79 with 48,000 credits, and Organization at $119 with a 3-seat minimum and 72,000 credits. Accessing a phone number uses 8 credits and enrichment uses up to 9 credits per record. The page shows a 14-day trial on paid plans and a 24 percent saving on annual billing.

Price per number: Basic is $588 a year for 30,000 credits, which is 3,750 phone numbers at 8 credits each, so about $0.16 per phone number. That is the lowest credit-metered phone rate in this guide, provided you use the credits within the year.

Limits to know: the dialer is US-only and consumes credits, credits are granted per year, and LinkedIn is not a native sequence channel.

Pick it when: you left Seamless.AI over price and want the most phone numbers per dollar with a card and no quote. Source: Apollo pricing, read September 28, 2026.

3. Lusha: best for a published, self-serve extension with a free tier

Best for: sellers who want the same browse-and-reveal habit as the Seamless.AI extension with a price they can see.

Lusha is a contact database with a browser extension, a web platform and CRM integrations. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page, on yearly billing, listed Free at $0 with 40 credits a month, Starter at $37.45 per month with 4,800 credits a year, Pro at $52.45 per month with 7,200 credits a year, and Premium at $299.95 per month with 40,800 credits a year. An email reveal costs 1 credit and a phone number costs 5 credits.

Price per number: Starter costs $449.40 a year for 4,800 credits. Spent only on phones, that is 960 numbers, so about $0.47 per phone number. Every email you reveal comes out of the same pool. The Free plan now lists automated email sequences among its features.

Limits to know: emails and phones share one credit pool, and teams larger than a few seats are routed to sales.

Pick it when: you want to start free and scale to a yearly plan without a sales call. Source: Lusha pricing, read September 28, 2026.

4. UpLead: best for a flat price per contact with verification

Best for: small teams that want email and mobile direct dial in one credit, and an explicit email verification step.

UpLead is a B2B contact database with real-time email verification. One credit unlocks one contact, email and mobile direct dial included. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed a 7-day free trial with 5 credits, Essentials at $99 per month with 170 credits or $74 per month billed yearly with 2,040 credits a year, Plus at $199 per month with 400 credits or $149 per month billed yearly with 4,800 credits a year, and a custom Professional team plan. Additional credits cost $0.60 or $0.50 each depending on plan. The page states a 95 percent email accuracy rate; treat that as a vendor claim.

UpLead pricing page, public product page captured September 28, 2026. It shows monthly billing. Select the image to enlarge. This is a public-page capture, not an independent product test.

Price per contact: Essentials yearly is $888 for 2,040 contacts, so about $0.44 per contact, $0.58 on monthly billing, and about $0.37 on Plus yearly. That is a price per contact unlocked, not per phone number: the cost per number is higher on any segment where UpLead has no mobile on file.

Limits to know: Free, Essentials and Plus are single-user; the allowance is small next to Apollo; no outreach.

Pick it when: you want a predictable cost per contact instead of an annual credit package. Source: UpLead pricing, read September 28, 2026.

5. RocketReach: best for person search with refunds on empty lookups

Best for: individuals who look people up by name and company and want a lookup refunded when nothing verified is found.

RocketReach meters lookups and exports rather than credits. On September 28, 2026 the annual-billing view listed Essentials at $19 per month, billed $229 a year, for email only and 1,200 exports a year; Pro at $52 per month, billed $619 a year, with unlimited verified mobile and direct phone numbers and 3,600 exports a year; and Ultimate at $115 per month, billed $1,379 a year, with 20,000 exports a year. On monthly billing the plans carry 100, 250 and 1,000 lookups a month, and the page says annual billing saves 50 percent, which is exact only on Essentials; on Pro and Ultimate it saves about a third. A lookup is used only when a verified email or phone is found, otherwise it is refunded. Free accounts get 5 lookups, and team plans start at $6,000 a year.

Price per number: on Pro, $619 a year for 3,600 exports is about $0.17 per exported contact with a phone included when one is found.

Limits to know: phone data is not on the entry Essentials tier, and team plans start at $6,000 a year. See our RocketReach alternatives.

Pick it when: you want to pay only for lookups that return a verified email or phone. Source: RocketReach pricing, read September 28, 2026.

6. ContactOut: best for unlimited reveals on a small budget

Best for: solo users, often recruiters, who reveal many contacts and export few.

ContactOut is a LinkedIn extension and search portal with a large recruiter user base. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed Free at $0 with 5 emails, 5 phones and 5 exports a day; an Email plan shown at $49 per month struck through from $99 and labelled limited time only, with unlimited emails and 300 exports a month; and an Email + Phone plan shown at $99 per month struck through from $199, with unlimited emails, unlimited phones and 600 exports a month. Both paid plans state a limit of 1 user per company. Team and API plans are quoted. Those are the prices with US and UK data included; a toggle that excludes US and UK data halves them, to $25 and $49.

ContactOut pricing page, public product page captured September 28, 2026. It shows the Include US/UK Data toggle; the default toggle excludes US and UK data at half price. Select the image to enlarge. This is a public-page capture, not an independent product test.

Price per number: phones are unlimited, so the export cap is the real meter. At the promotional $99 with US and UK data, 600 exports a month is about $0.17 per exported contact, or about $0.08 at $49 without US and UK data; at the struck-through $199 it would be about $0.33.

Limits to know: the prices are promotional, the export cap is the real meter, and the 1-user-per-company limit rules out a team.

Pick it when: you are one person and want unlimited phone reveals for $99 a month, or $49 without US and UK data, while the offer lasts. Source: ContactOut pricing, read September 28, 2026.

7. Kaspr: best for LinkedIn-first sellers with a phone allowance

Best for: sellers who prospect from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator and want unlimited B2B emails plus a fixed monthly phone allowance.

Kaspr is a LinkedIn extension that reveals phone numbers and emails from profiles, Sales Navigator lists and searches. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed Free at $0 with 5 phone credits a month, Starter at $49 per month billed annually or $65 monthly with 100 phone credits a month, Business at $79 annually or $99 monthly with 200 phone credits a month, and a custom Enterprise plan. Paid plans include unlimited B2B email credits. Extra phone credits cost $0.36 each for a pack of 250, $0.31 for 500 and $0.28 for 1,000.

Price per number: Starter is $588 a year for 1,200 phone credits, so $0.49 per phone number on annual billing and $0.65 on monthly billing. Business on annual billing works out at about $0.40.

Limits to know: phone credits are capped at 100 or 200 a month per plan, and the reveal lives on LinkedIn rather than in a search engine like Seamless.AI.

Pick it when: LinkedIn is where you build lists. See our Kaspr alternatives if the cap is the problem. Source: Kaspr pricing, read September 28, 2026.

8. Wiza: best for exporting Sales Navigator lists with phones

Best for: teams that build lists in Sales Navigator and want the whole list exported with emails and phone numbers.

Wiza is a LinkedIn and Sales Navigator extension that exports profiles with verified emails and phone numbers into a CSV or a CRM. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed, on monthly billing, Free with 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers, Starter at $49 per user per month with 100 emails and 100 phone numbers, Email at $99 with 500 emails and phone numbers at $0.35 each, and Email + Phone at $199 with 500 emails and 500 phone numbers. On annual billing, Email is $83 per user per month ($990 a year) with unlimited email reveals, $0.35 per phone number and 2,500 exports a month, and Email + Phone is $166 per user per month ($1,990 a year) with unlimited phone reveals and 2,500 exports a month. A Team plan for 3 or more users is custom.

Price per number: Starter is $0.49 per phone number ($49 for 100), extras are $0.35, Email + Phone on monthly billing is about $0.40 ($199 for 500), and the annual Email + Phone plan is capped by exports rather than phones, which puts the ceiling near $0.07 per exported contact if you use all 30,000 exports a year.

Limits to know: phone numbers cost extra on the Email plan, and the unlimited annual plans are capped by 2,500 exports a month.

Pick it when: your workflow is list export, not one-off search. Source: Wiza pricing, read September 28, 2026.

9. FullEnrich: best for bulk enrichment, paid only on found data

Best for: ops teams that already have lists and want mobiles and emails filled across 25+ sources.

FullEnrich is a waterfall enrichment engine: you upload a list, call the API or use its MCP server, and it queries 25+ sources in turn. On September 28, 2026 the pricing page showed a Free trial with 50 credits and no card, Pro from 500 credits a month, and a custom Enterprise plan. The page displayed euros to our European visitor (€55 a month for 1,000 credits, €0.055 per credit); FullEnrich's machine-readable pricing summary, which states that it mirrors the public page, gives the USD tiers: $29 a month for 500 credits, $55 for 1,000, $499 for 10,000 and $3,500 for 100,000, with annual plans from $26 a month. A mobile number costs 10 credits, a work email 1 and a personal email 3. Credits are spent only when data is found and verified, and a landline returned instead of a mobile costs nothing. Users are unlimited, and credits roll over for 3 months on monthly plans and 12 months on annual plans.

Price per number: $55 buys 1,000 credits, or 100 mobiles, so $0.55 per mobile found on the 1,000-credit tier, $0.49 on the 12,000-credit annual tier ($588 a year), and $0.35 on the 100,000-credit monthly tier. FullEnrich states its email and phone find rate averages around 80 percent, and that it depends on industry and geography.

Limits to know: no search engine in the Seamless.AI sense beyond its people search, and no outreach layer.

Pick it when: you want to pay per found mobile rather than per researched contact. Source: FullEnrich pricing and its machine-readable summary, read September 28, 2026.

10. Cognism: best for mid-market teams that want enterprise data on a contract

Best for: teams with procurement who want one credit to reveal a full contact, CRM enrichment and an API.

Cognism sells prospecting, CRM enrichment and data-as-a-service packages. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page described 2 Sales Prospecting packages, Standard and Pro, each with 5 seats included, and a credit model where 1 credit reveals, enriches or exports 1 contact, shared across the platform, Enrich and the API. Pro adds what the page calls advanced prospecting workflows. No price is shown.

Price per number: not published. A credit covers a whole contact, so the per-number cost depends on your quote and on how many revealed contacts carry a mobile.

Limits to know: no published price, no self-serve, 5 seats per package.

Pick it when: you are replacing Seamless.AI Enterprise and want a comparable contract with a different dataset. Source: Cognism pricing, read September 28, 2026.

Other Seamless.AI alternatives worth a look

Other roundups for this query also list the tools below. We did not price them here, because we could not read and date a public plan for each on September 28, 2026, or because they solve a narrower job.

At Lusha it is 500 credits, more than a Starter month. At Wiza Starter it is the whole 100-number allowance for $49. At FullEnrich it is $55 of credits, spent only on found mobiles. Frequently asked questions

How much does Seamless.AI cost?

Seamless.AI does not publish a paid price. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed Free for 1 user with 50 credits, and Pro and Enterprise behind a contact-sales button. The FAQ says Pro plans start at 10,000 annual credits and that the displayed prices reflect annual billing.

Is Seamless.AI free?

There is a free plan for 1 user with 50 credits. A credit is used each time Seamless.AI researches a contact, so 50 credits covers a small test. Free tiers elsewhere: Lusha 40 credits a month, Apollo 900 credits per seat per year, ContactOut 5 emails and 5 phones a day, RocketReach 5 lookups.

What is cheaper than Seamless.AI?

We cannot compare against a price Seamless.AI does not publish. Among tools with public plans, Apollo Basic is the lowest credit-metered phone rate we found, about $0.16 per number on annual billing, and ContactOut's promotional Email + Phone plan is about $0.17 per exported contact for a single user, with US and UK data included.

Is there a Seamless.AI alternative that also sends emails?

Overloop and Apollo combine contact data with sequences in one subscription. Overloop runs email and LinkedIn sequences and finds phone numbers for 5 credits each, charged only when a number is found; Apollo runs email sequences and includes a US dialer that consumes credits. Lusha's free plan now lists automated email sequences too.

Is Seamless.AI any good?

It depends on whether its model fits your buying process. On September 28, 2026 Seamless.AI listed a Free plan for 1 user with 50 credits, and Pro and Enterprise plans on quote only, with annual credit packages and unlimited exports. We did not run a product test. If you cannot evaluate without a public price, compare it with tools that publish one: Overloop, Apollo, Lusha and UpLead all show plan prices on their pricing pages.

What is the best Seamless.AI alternative?

For data and outreach in one seat, Overloop, which is our first recommendation and publishes this guide. For a published price and the most phones per dollar, Apollo, at about $0.16 per number. For a like-for-like extension, Lusha. For pay-on-success bulk enrichment, FullEnrich.

How we compared Seamless.AI alternatives

This is desk research on documented capabilities and public pricing, not a lab test. On September 28, 2026 we opened each vendor's official pricing page as a logged-out visitor in a browser and recorded the entry price, the phone allowance or credit cost, and the plan structure. Where a vendor publishes no price, we say so rather than estimate one. We excluded star ratings, modelled savings and third-party price estimates, and we quote match or find rates only as the vendor's own statement. The criteria, in order of weight:

  1. Phone data approach. A single proprietary database, a waterfall across several providers, or an extension that reveals one profile at a time?
  2. Price per phone number. Plan price divided by the phone numbers it includes, or pack price divided by credits and multiplied by the credits one number costs. Where a vendor meters exports or contacts instead, we say so.
  3. What happens after the reveal. Does the number stay in the tool, export to CSV, sync to a CRM, or feed a sequence?
  4. Buying friction. Card and 5 minutes, or demo, quote and annual contract?

Bottom line

Seamless.AI is a capable US search engine sold like enterprise software: free to try, quoted to buy. If the quote or the annual package is why you are here, the fix is a tool that shows its price. Apollo gives the most phone numbers per published dollar, Lusha and Wiza the closest extension habit, FullEnrich and RocketReach the pay-for-results rule.

If the reason is that every number then needs a sequence, Overloop finds the email and the phone number from the prospect record, charges 5 credits per number only when one is found, and sends the email and LinkedIn steps from the same seat. Overloop lists its plans on its pricing page and explains the lookup on its phone number finder page.
