Seamless.AI pricing starts at $0: the Free plan gives 1 user 50 credits. Pro and Enterprise have no public price and are quoted by sales. On September 28, 2026 the terms said every paid subscription is annual and renews for 12 months unless you change it 60 days before renewal. Below: the plans, the credit rules, the contract traps and how to price a phone number.

Seamless.AI sells a B2B contact search engine with a Chrome extension, emailing, a dialer and AI features. Its pricing page shows 3 plans and a single price, $0. For everything else you need the help center and the terms of use, which is where the most important pricing fact sits: the renewal clause. We read all three on September 28, 2026.

Publisher disclosure: Overloop publishes this page and sells a tool that reveals phone numbers and emails. Every competitor price below was read on the vendor's own pricing page or help center on September 28, 2026. We did not buy the plans or run a data-quality test. Method and sources.

Short answer. Seamless.AI publishes only its Free plan: 50 credits for 1 user. Pro (per user, annual credit packages) and Enterprise (unlimited users, custom packages) are quoted by sales. 1 credit researches 1 contact and returns its emails and phone numbers. The terms say every subscription is annual and renews for 12 months unless you cancel 60 days before the renewal date. If you want a published price before any call, Overloop lists its plans at $69 (Starter, 250 credits) and $99 (Growth, 500 credits) per user per month and charges 5 credits per revealed number, only when a number is found; Wiza and FullEnrich also publish their prices.
Key takeaways

What the Seamless.AI price tag hides

  • No paid price is published; the order form sets it.
  • All subscriptions are annual, even with monthly billing.
  • Cancel at least 60 days before renewal or the contract renews for 12 months.
  • All sales are final once you subscribe.
  • Credit Back Protection covers invalid emails only, not phone numbers.
  • Price changes take effect on notice, per the terms.

Source: Seamless.AI pricing, read September 28, 2026. Add-ons listed on the page include the AI Assistant, Data Enrichment, Autopilot and Buyer Intent. A banner says all plans now include Connect (email, calls and tasks).

One discrepancy to raise with sales: the pricing FAQ says Pro plans start at 10,000 annual credits, while the help center's license overview says a Pro license receives 10,000 Universal Credits per month, refreshed on the contract date, and a Basic license 250 a month. Get the allocation written into the order form.

Third-party review sites and competitor blogs publish Seamless.AI price estimates, often for a Basic plan. We do not repeat them: none can be checked against a Seamless.AI document, and the pricing page itself lists no Basic plan. Treat any estimate you find as a negotiation anchor, not a price.

How Seamless.AI credits work

Since June 2026, legacy Standard and premium credits have been converted to Universal Credits at 1 to 1, according to the help center. Admins can pool credits or set per-user limits.

What one phone number costs on Seamless.AI

It cannot be computed from public information, because no paid price is published. What you can compute once you have a quote: annual price divided by annual credits gives the cost per contact researched. Because 1 credit returns the whole profile, that is also the cost per phone number only for contacts where a phone comes back. Ask for the phone fill rate on a sample of your own targets, then divide.

On a miss, the terms of Credit Back Protection matter: it may return credits for email addresses flagged invalid by Seamless.AI's verification, but it does not apply to phone numbers or other non-email data.

Contract traps to check before you sign Seamless.AI

  1. The 60-day window. Put the cancellation deadline, 60 days before renewal, in your calendar on the day you sign.
  2. Annual commitment with monthly billing. Monthly payments do not mean a monthly contract.
  3. All sales final. There is no refund path in the terms beyond what they expressly provide.
  4. Credit allocation. Resolve the 10,000 a year versus 10,000 a month wording in writing.
  5. Price changes. The terms say a price change takes effect on notice; ask for price protection for the term.

Seamless.AI pricing compared with Lusha, Wiza, FullEnrich and Overloop

Lusha$37.45 a month billed yearly, $49.90 monthly (Starter)$0.47 on annual Starter, $0.62 on monthly Starter (5 credits a number)Credits are deducted per data point revealed; bulk reveals charge every selected contact

Overloop$69 per user per month (Starter, 250 credits)5 credits, only on a match (see pricing)An empty lookup uses no phone-search credits

Prices as displayed on each vendor pricing page on September 28, 2026. Dollars per number assume every credit of the plan is spent on phone numbers; unused credits raise the real cost. Taxes, seat minimums and currency conversion change the total.

The published alternatives let you test on a monthly plan before any annual commitment. FullEnrich charges only for data it finds, and Wiza charges a phone credit only per contact with a number. See Lusha pricing, Wiza pricing and FullEnrich pricing.

Overloop publishes this page, so treat this paragraph as the vendor speaking. Seamless.AI now bundles email and calling with its data, so the fair comparison is another tool that also sends. Overloop charges 5 credits per revealed number, and only when a number is found: an empty lookup uses no phone-search credits. Credits come with the seat, at $69 per user per month for Starter with 250 credits and $99 per user per month for Growth with 500 credits, and the same seat runs email and LinkedIn sequences. The dollar price of one Overloop number is not published yet, so we do not quote one here; check Overloop pricing for the current plans. Overloop's phone number finder queries several sources in turn and stops at the first match, and Overloop finds work emails with its email finder.

Is Seamless.AI worth the price?

Seamless.AI can suit a team that wants data, emailing and a dialer from one vendor and is comfortable with an annual contract. The risk sits in the terms rather than the product: a missed 60-day window buys another 12 months. Read the order form as closely as the demo. A team that would rather start on a monthly seat with a published price can compare Overloop, where the seat includes phone reveals, email and LinkedIn sequences, or a pure data tool such as Wiza or FullEnrich.

Frequently asked questions

How much is Seamless.AI per month?

Seamless.AI does not publish a monthly price. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed a Free plan with 50 credits for 1 user, and Pro and Enterprise plans behind a contact-sales button. Its terms say all subscriptions are annual, with monthly or annual billing cycles.

How much does a Seamless.AI subscription cost?

The price is set in your order form. The pricing page says Pro is per user with annual credit packages, and the FAQ says prices shown reflect an annual discount. Ask sales for the annual total and the credits included, then divide one by the other to get a cost per contact researched.

What is a Seamless.AI credit?

A Universal Credit. Researching a contact with Find uses 1 credit per contact and returns the whole profile, including emails and phone numbers. Data Enrich and Autopilot use 1 credit per contact; the AI Assistant and AI-generated messages use 0.2 credit each.

Can I cancel Seamless.AI at any time?

Not at any time. The terms of use say all sales are final, that you must modify or cancel in the platform no later than 60 days before the next annual renewal date, and that otherwise the annual contract renews automatically for another 12 months.

Does Seamless.AI refund credits for bad data?

Its Credit Back Protection program may return credits for email addresses its verification flags as invalid. It does not apply to phone numbers, company data, soft bounces or role-based emails, and Seamless.AI keeps sole discretion over adjustments.

Is Seamless.AI a legitimate company?

Yes. Seamless.AI is an operating US vendor with a public pricing page, a help center and published terms of use. Most complaints about it concern the contract rather than the company: subscriptions are annual, all sales are final, and a plan renews for 12 months unless you cancel 60 days before renewal.

Is there a Seamless.AI alternative with published pricing?

Yes. Overloop publishes its plans, $69 per user per month for Starter with 250 credits and $99 for Growth with 500 credits, and charges 5 credits per revealed phone number only when a number is found; the same seat runs email and LinkedIn sequences. Wiza publishes $49 a month for 100 phone numbers, and FullEnrich publishes a credit price and charges nothing when nothing is found.

Does Seamless.AI have a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan gives 1 user 50 credits, and the help center says credits on a Free license do not replenish.

How we priced it, and the sources

On September 28, 2026 we opened each official pricing page as a logged-out visitor from a European IP address, in a headless browser so that prices rendered by JavaScript were visible, and read the help-center or legal pages listed below. Cost per number is our arithmetic: the plan price divided by the phone numbers the plan can reveal if every credit goes to phones. It is a floor, not a forecast, because unused credits and misses raise the real cost. We excluded star ratings and accuracy percentages that a pricing page cannot prove. Seamless.AI publishes no paid price, so this page reports the plan structure, the credit rules and the contract terms in the vendor's own documents.
