Kaspr pricing in 2026 starts with a Free plan of 5 phone credits a month. Starter costs $49 per user per month billed annually or $65 monthly for 100 phone credits a month, and Business $79 or $99 for 200. One phone number therefore costs about $0.40 to $0.65, and add-on packs go down to $0.21. Prices read on kaspr.io on September 28, 2026.

Kaspr is a LinkedIn extension that reveals phone numbers and emails, and its pricing is built around one scarce resource: the phone credit. B2B emails are unlimited on paid plans, so the question buyers actually need answered is how much each phone number costs, and what happens to credits you do not use. We read Kaspr's pricing page and help center on September 28, 2026.

Publisher disclosure: Overloop publishes this page and sells a tool that reveals phone numbers and emails. Every competitor price below was read on the vendor's own pricing page or help center on September 28, 2026. We did not buy the plans or run a data-quality test. Method and sources.

Short answer. Kaspr Starter costs $49 per user per month billed annually or $65 monthly for 100 phone credits a month; Business costs $79 annually or $99 monthly for 200. That is about $0.40 to $0.65 per phone number. Extra phone credits cost $0.36 each in a 250 pack, falling to $0.21 each at 10,000. B2B emails are unlimited on paid plans under a fair use policy. Our pick: Kaspr fits a LinkedIn-first seller who needs 100 to 200 numbers a month. If the number has to go straight into an email and LinkedIn sequence, Overloop charges 5 credits per revealed number, only when one is found, on plans from $69 per user per month (comparison below).
Key takeaways

What the Kaspr price tag hides

  • The phone credit is the real price: 1 credit per lead, no matter how many numbers that lead has.
  • Export credits are a separate meter and are spent every time you export the same lead again.
  • In bulk workflows, credits are spent whatever is found unless you tick "Phone numbers Required".
  • Add-on packs renew automatically and unused add-on credits do not carry over.
  • Cancelling loses unused credits; there is no pause.
  • Annual prices sit behind the monthly view: the page opens on $65 and $99, and the help center lists the annual rates.

The Business plan's price also buys 200 direct email credits a month and a larger export allowance, so the per-number figure for Business slightly overstates the phone cost. Emails do not enter the calculation because B2B email is unlimited on paid plans. Direct email add-ons cost $0.16 to $0.11 each and export add-ons $0.10 to $0.03 each on the same page.

Worked example: 1 seller who needs 300 numbers a month. Monthly Starter gives 100 phone credits for $65; adding the 250 pack ($91) brings the total to $156 for 350 credits, about $0.45 per number if all are used. Monthly Business plus the same pack costs $190 for 450 credits, about $0.42. Because add-ons renew automatically and do not roll over, buy the pack only for the months you need it.

Kaspr add-on phone credits pricing captured September 28, 2026: 250 credits $91, 500 $155, 1,000 $288, 2,500 $644, 5,000 $1,133, 10,000 $2,060
Kaspr add-on credits pricing, opened from the pricing page and captured September 28, 2026. What counts as a Kaspr credit

Kaspr runs 4 meters. Its help center defines them:

Reveal credits are spent once per lead. The catch sits in bulk enrichment workflows: Kaspr's help center says that if you select "Phone numbers Required", a phone credit is spent only when at least 1 number is found, but "if you don't select any criteria for the data, we will spend the credit, no matter the information we can enrich."

Rollover, renewal and cancellation

Contract traps to check before you buy Kaspr

  1. Run bulk workflows with "Phone numbers Required". Without it, a workflow spends credits on leads where no number comes back.
  2. Export once. Exporting the same lead to a CSV and then to a CRM spends 2 export credits.
  3. Buy add-ons for this month only. They renew automatically and do not roll over.
  4. Do not cancel with credits in the bank. Use them first, since cancelling forfeits them.
  5. Read the fair use policy if your team plans to reveal thousands of B2B emails a month on the "unlimited" allowance.

Prices as displayed on each vendor pricing page on September 28, 2026. Dollars per number assume every credit of the plan is spent on phone numbers; unused credits raise the real cost. Taxes, seat minimums and currency conversion change the total.

Kaspr's annual Business plan, at about $0.40 per number, is one of the lower self-serve figures here, and its unlimited B2B email is an advantage for email-heavy teams. Lusha takes emails from the same pool. FullEnrich charges only on a find, which matters more than the headline rate if your lists have gaps. See Lusha pricing and FullEnrich pricing for the detail.

Overloop publishes this page, so treat this paragraph as the vendor speaking. Kaspr ends at the reveal and the export; the next step, a call task or a sequence, happens in another tool. Overloop charges 5 credits per revealed number, and only when a number is found: an empty lookup uses no phone-search credits. Credits come with the seat, at $69 per user per month for Starter with 250 credits and $99 per user per month for Growth with 500 credits, and the same seat runs email and LinkedIn sequences. The dollar price of one Overloop number is not published yet, so we do not quote one here; check Overloop pricing for the current plans. Overloop's phone number finder queries several sources in turn and stops at the first match, and Overloop finds work emails with its email finder.

Is Kaspr worth the price?

Kaspr is worth it for a seller who lives in LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, needs 100 to 200 numbers a month, and wants unlimited B2B emails without watching a meter. It is weaker for bulk enrichment of lists outside LinkedIn and for teams that need the numbers inside a sequence the same day. Our Kaspr alternatives guide compares 10 options if you are leaving.

If your next step after the reveal is an email and LinkedIn sequence, Overloop keeps the reveal and the sequence on one seat: its phone number finder charges 5 credits per number and nothing when no number is found. Compare the plans on Overloop pricing.

On September 28, 2026 Kaspr listed Free at $0, Starter at $49 per user per month billed annually or $65 monthly, Business at $79 billed annually or $99 monthly, and a custom Enterprise plan. The page opens on monthly prices; the annual rates appear in its price data and in the help center. Prices are also shown in EUR and GBP.

How much does a phone number cost on Kaspr?

One phone credit reveals the numbers of one lead. On annual Starter that is $588 a year for 1,200 phone credits, about $0.49 per number; on monthly Starter $65 for 100, about $0.65. Business works out to about $0.40 annual and $0.50 monthly. Add-on phone credits cost $0.36 each for 250 and fall to $0.21 each for 10,000.

Is Kaspr free?

Kaspr has a Free plan with 5 phone credits, 5 direct email credits and 15 B2B email credits a month, plus 100 exports in the plan table (the help center says 10 export credits a month). On the Free plan, credits are personal and cannot be shared across a workspace.

Do Kaspr credits roll over?

Kaspr's plan comparison marks credit rollover as yes on Starter and Business and no on Free. Add-on credits are different: the help center says unused add-on credits are not carried over to the next period. If you cancel, unused credits are not kept.

Is B2B email really unlimited on Kaspr?

Paid plans list unlimited B2B email credits, and the pricing FAQ points to a fair use policy for that limit. Direct email (personal) credits and phone credits remain capped per plan.

Kaspr vs Lusha: which costs less per phone number?

On annual billing they are close: about $0.49 per number on Kaspr Starter and about $0.47 on Lusha Starter, both checked September 28, 2026. Kaspr's paid plans add unlimited B2B emails on a separate meter, while Lusha takes emails from the same credit pool as phones. On monthly billing Kaspr Starter is about $0.65 per number and Lusha Starter about $0.62.

Does Kaspr charge a credit when no phone number is found?

It depends on the workflow. For bulk enrichment, Kaspr's help center says a phone credit is spent only when a number is found if you select "Phone numbers Required"; without that setting, the credit is spent whatever is enriched. For comparison, Overloop charges its 5 credits per number only when a number is found.

How we priced it, and the sources

On September 28, 2026 we opened each official pricing page as a logged-out visitor from a European IP address, in a headless browser so that prices rendered by JavaScript were visible, and read the help-center or legal pages listed below. Cost per number is our arithmetic: the plan price divided by the phone numbers the plan can reveal if every credit goes to phones. It is a floor, not a forecast, because unused credits and misses raise the real cost. We excluded star ratings and accuracy percentages that a pricing page cannot prove. Kaspr prices are shown in EUR, GBP and USD; we quote USD.
