Wiza pricing starts at $0 (Free: 20 emails, 5 phone numbers) and $49 per user a month (Starter: 100 emails, 100 phone numbers). Email + Phone costs $199 a month, or $166 a month billed yearly for unlimited reveals capped at 2,500 list exports. Beyond an allowance, each phone number costs $0.35. Checked on Wiza's pricing page on September 28, 2026.
Wiza started as a way to export Sales Navigator lists with emails and has grown into a prospecting tool with its own search. Its pricing has two logics that are easy to confuse: monthly plans meter valid emails and phone numbers and bill overages to your card, while annual plans are sold as unlimited but cap list exports. We read the pricing page and help center on September 28, 2026.
Publisher disclosure: Overloop publishes this page and sells a tool that reveals phone numbers and emails. Every competitor price below was read on the vendor's own pricing page or help center on September 28, 2026. We did not buy the plans or run a data-quality test. Method and sources.
What the Wiza price tag hides
- Overages are automatic: once credits run out, your card is charged $0.15 per email and $0.35 per phone.
- A phone credit is spent per contact with a number, and only valid emails count as email credits.
- Annual "unlimited" means unlimited one-by-one exports and 2,500 list exports a month.
- Email-only plans pay $0.35 for every phone number.
- All plans renew automatically; credits reset on your billing date, not the calendar month, and unused credits do not roll over.
- Exporting from Sales Navigator lists or Recruiter projects needs that LinkedIn subscription, billed by LinkedIn on top of Wiza.
- Flagging a bad number triggers a replacement lookup at no extra phone credit.

What one phone number costs on Wiza
| Plan | Price | Phone numbers included | Cost per phone number |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter, monthly | $49 a month | 100 (plus 100 emails) | $0.49 if all 100 are used |
| Email + Phone, monthly | $199 a month | 500 (plus 500 emails) | $0.40 if all 500 are used |
| Any monthly plan, over allowance | Overage | Per contact | $0.35 |
| Email, annual | $990 a year | None | $0.35 per contact with a number |
| Email + Phone, annual | $1,990 a year | Unlimited, 2,500 list exports a month | About $0.07 at the full 30,000 list exports a year |
The annual Email + Phone figure only holds if you export close to the 2,500 monthly cap every month; a team using 500 list exports a month pays about $0.33 per contact. The monthly plan figures include the email allowance in the same price, so the real phone cost is a little lower.
Worked example, 2,000 phone numbers in one month. On monthly Email + Phone: $199 for the first 500, plus 1,500 × $0.35 = $525 in overage, so $724 for the month, or about $0.36 per number. On monthly Email: 2,000 × $0.35 = $700 on top of the $99 plan. On annual Email + Phone the same month costs the $166 monthly equivalent, as long as the list exports stay under 2,500. Three months like this a year on monthly billing ($2,172) already cost more than the annual plan ($1,990); for occasional use, the overage meter decides the bill.
What counts as a Wiza credit
- Email credit: 1 credit per valid email found.
- Phone credit: 1 credit per contact enriched with phone numbers, whether 1 or several numbers come back.
- Export credit: on annual plans, 1 per person in a bulk export from a Sales Navigator list, Recruiter project, Wiza Prospect list or CSV upload. One-by-one exports do not count against the cap.
Because credits are tied to a valid email or a contact with a number, a lookup that finds nothing does not spend an email or phone credit on a monthly plan. Credits are shared across a team, and admins can set per-user limits.
Resets, renewals and cancellation
- Resets: credits reset on your billing date, not the calendar month, on every plan.
- No rollover: Wiza's help center says remaining credits do not roll over to the next month or year.
- Renewal: all plans, monthly and annual, renew automatically and include consent to recurring charges.
- Cancelling an unlimited plan: you keep access until the end of the paid year and the renewal is cancelled.
- Overages: charged on a rolling basis until the monthly plan renews.
Contract traps to check before you buy Wiza
- Overage on autopilot. A big Sales Navigator export on a monthly plan keeps billing at $0.15 and $0.35 once credits run out. Read the cost estimate Wiza shows before each scan.
- Email-only plans are not phone plans. Every number on Email or Email (unlimited) costs $0.35.
- "Unlimited" is one-by-one. Bulk exports cap at 2,500 a month on annual plans.
- Per-user pricing. Prices are per user; a team of 3 or more is routed to the Team plan.
- The LinkedIn subscription is extra. Wiza's list exports read Sales Navigator lists and Recruiter projects, which LinkedIn bills separately. Wiza Prospect lists and CSV uploads avoid that dependency.
Wiza pricing compared with Lusha, Kaspr, ContactOut and Overloop
| Tool | Entry price | Cost per phone number | When no number is found |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wiza | $49 a month (Starter, 100 emails and 100 phones) | $0.49 on Starter if all 100 phones are used, $0.35 overage per contact with a number | A phone credit is spent per contact enriched with a number |
| Lusha | $37.45 a month billed yearly, $49.90 monthly (Starter) | $0.47 on annual Starter, $0.62 on monthly Starter (5 credits a number) | Credits are deducted per data point revealed; bulk reveals charge every selected contact |
| Kaspr | $49 a month billed yearly, $65 monthly (Starter) | $0.49 on annual Starter, $0.65 on monthly Starter; add-on packs $0.36 to $0.21 | In bulk workflows, only with the "Phone numbers Required" setting on |
| ContactOut | $99 a month Email + Phone with US/UK data, $49 without (promotional) | About $0.10 at the 1,000-phone monthly fair-use limit ($99 / 1,000); about $0.17 per export at the 600-export cap | Not stated on the pricing page |
| Overloop | $69 per user per month (Starter, 250 credits) | 5 credits, only on a match (see pricing) | An empty lookup uses no phone-search credits |
Prices as displayed on each vendor pricing page on September 28, 2026. Dollars per number assume every credit of the plan is spent on phone numbers; unused credits raise the real cost. Taxes, seat minimums and currency conversion change the total.
Wiza's $0.35 overage is the clearest per-number price in this group, and its rule of charging only for contacts with a number is friendlier than Lusha's per-reveal model. ContactOut's promotional Email + Phone plan is cheaper per number at its fair-use ceiling but limited to 1 user. See ContactOut pricing, Lusha pricing and Kaspr pricing.
Overloop publishes this page, so treat this paragraph as the vendor speaking. Wiza exports a list; the calls and emails still run elsewhere. Overloop charges 5 credits per revealed number, and only when a number is found: an empty lookup uses no phone-search credits. Credits come with the seat, at $69 per user per month for Starter with 250 credits and $99 per user per month for Growth with 500 credits, and the same seat runs email and LinkedIn sequences. The dollar price of one Overloop number is not published yet, so we do not quote one here; check Overloop pricing for the current plans. Overloop's phone number finder queries several sources in turn and stops at the first match, and Overloop finds work emails with its email finder.
Is Wiza worth the price?
Wiza is worth it for Sales Navigator-heavy teams that export lists regularly and can predict their volume, especially on the annual Email + Phone plan near its export cap. It is expensive for occasional use on monthly plans with overages switched on, and it is a data tool, so sequences need another subscription.
Our verdict. Pick Wiza annual Email + Phone if you export close to 2,500 Sales Navigator contacts a month and already have a sequencer. Pick Overloop if you want the phone numbers and emails inside the same seat that runs the email and LinkedIn sequences: Overloop charges 5 credits per revealed number and nothing when no number is found, and you can check the current plans on Overloop pricing before you buy either.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Wiza cost?
On September 28, 2026 Wiza listed Free at $0; monthly Starter at $49, Email at $99 and Email + Phone at $199 per user per month; annual Email at $83 per user per month ($990 a year) and annual Email + Phone at $166 per user per month ($1,990 a year); and a custom Team plan for 3 or more users, billed annually.
How much does a phone number cost on Wiza?
Beyond your plan's allowance, Wiza charges $0.35 per contact with a phone number. Inside a plan, monthly Starter works out to $0.49 per number if you use all 100, and monthly Email + Phone to $0.40 if you use all 500. The annual Email + Phone plan has no per-number charge, but list exports are capped at 2,500 a month.
Is Wiza free to use?
Wiza has a Free plan with 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers. The sign-up banner mentions 25 free credits and no credit card.
Is Wiza unlimited really unlimited?
Not entirely. Wiza's help center says annual plans allow unlimited exports done one profile at a time, but exports from a Sales Navigator list, a Recruiter project, a Wiza Prospect list or a CSV upload have a hard cap of 2,500 export credits a month, 1 per person.
What happens if I go over my Wiza credits?
On monthly plans your card is billed an overage of $0.15 per valid email and $0.35 per contact with a phone number, on a rolling basis until the plan renews. Wiza shows in-app warnings and a cost estimate before each scan. Its help center says you are responsible for overage charges and that compensation is case by case.
How accurate is Wiza's phone data?
Wiza's pricing page does not publish a phone accuracy rate. Its help center lets you flag a wrong, disconnected or generic number, and Wiza then looks for a replacement without using another phone credit. Test on a sample of your own prospects before buying volume.
Does Wiza require LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
Not for every workflow. Wiza's list exports read Sales Navigator lists and Recruiter projects, and those need a LinkedIn subscription billed by LinkedIn. Wiza also counts exports from its own Wiza Prospect lists and from CSV uploads, which do not depend on Sales Navigator. Add the LinkedIn cost to the Wiza price if your team exports from Sales Navigator.
Do unused Wiza credits roll over?
No. Wiza's help center says remaining credits do not roll over to the next month or year, and credits reset on your billing date rather than the calendar month, on monthly and annual plans alike.
How we priced it, and the sources
On September 28, 2026 we opened each official pricing page as a logged-out visitor from a European IP address, in a headless browser so that prices rendered by JavaScript were visible, and read the help-center or legal pages listed below. Cost per number is our arithmetic: the plan price divided by the phone numbers the plan can reveal if every credit goes to phones. It is a floor, not a forecast, because unused credits and misses raise the real cost. We excluded star ratings and accuracy percentages that a pricing page cannot prove. Wiza shows different plans depending on the billing toggle; we read both views.
