RocketReach pricing starts at $19 a month billed annually ($229 a year) for the email-only Essentials plan. Pro, the first plan with phone numbers, costs $52 a month billed annually ($619 a year) or $79 month to month, and Ultimate costs $115 or $169. Team plans start at $6,000 a year. RocketReach publishes its prices, which already puts it ahead of ZoomInfo and Cognism. The catch is that the two billing periods meter different things. On monthly billing you buy a fixed number of lookups. On annual billing lookups are unlimited and the cap moves to exports. The headline price is also the monthly equivalent of a yearly prepayment, and phone numbers start on the second tier. This page reads the plans as they stood on September 28, 2026 and turns them into a cost per contact you can actually use.

RocketReach pricing in 6 lines
- 3 individual plans, Essentials, Pro and Ultimate, each sold monthly or annually.
- Monthly plans meter lookups. Annual plans list unlimited lookups and meter exports instead.
- Phone numbers are not on Essentials. The cheapest plan with phones is Pro, $619 a year or $79 a month.
- The "Save 50%" badge is exact only for Essentials; on Pro and Ultimate annual saves about a third.
- Team plans are quoted and start at $6,000 a year.
- Older guides still quote figures such as $399 a year for Essentials or $80 a month; the page we read showed $229 a year and $39 a month.

What one RocketReach contact really costs
RocketReach does not sell phone numbers. On monthly billing it sells lookups, and a lookup on Pro or Ultimate can return an email, a phone number or both. On annual billing lookups are unlimited, so the binding limit is how many contacts you export to a CSV, a CRM or another tool. Dividing the price by the metered unit gives the most you pay per usable contact:

Two caveats change the real price of a phone number. On monthly billing, a lookup counts as used when RocketReach verifies an email or a phone, so a lookup that returns only an email still costs you one; if half of your Pro lookups return a phone, you pay about $0.63 per phone number rather than $0.32. On annual billing you can look up as many people as you like inside RocketReach, but every contact you move out counts against the export cap, whether or not it came with a phone. The page does not describe unused lookups or exports rolling over, so budget on what you will use in the period.
What each plan includes
All 3 individual plans include search, verification, lists, CSV enrichment, messages and sequences with a send limit of 500 emails per day, an AI email writer and the Chrome extension. The plan cards on September 28, 2026 added:
- Essentials: verified personal and professional emails, no phone numbers, 5 active Autopilots. Enough for email prospecting; useless for cold calling.
- Pro: verified emails plus mobile and direct phone numbers, technographics, news and org charts, 10 active Autopilots, and Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesloft and Bullhorn integrations. This is the plan most sellers mean when they ask about RocketReach pricing.
- Ultimate: everything in Pro with 25 active Autopilots, Salesforce custom mapping, intent data and healthcare data.
- Team plans: company exports, custom exports, pooled credits, customizable packages, a dedicated account manager and higher API limits, from $6,000 a year.
RocketReach advertises 700 million professionals, 60 million companies and 98 percent accuracy; those are vendor claims.
Annual vs monthly: how much the annual plan really saves

Annual wins if you prospect all year: it is cheaper and it removes the lookup cap. Pro on annual gives 3,600 exports a year, 300 a month on average, against 250 lookups a month on monthly billing. If you prospect in bursts, 3 months of Pro on monthly billing ($237) costs less than a year you do not use. The page also offers a 5 percent saving for adding a seat.
5 pricing traps to check before you buy
- The monthly-looking price is an annual commitment. $52 a month for Pro is $619 paid up front for the year.
- Essentials has no phone numbers. If you want to call, the entry price is really Pro.
- The meter changes with the billing period. Monthly counts lookups, including email-only results; annual counts exports. Compare the plan you will buy, not the one on the default toggle.
- Cancellation takes effect at the next term. The FAQ says you keep access for the prepaid year or month and the cancellation applies to the following term, so an annual plan is a 12-month spend.
- Teams jump to $6,000. Pooled credits and company exports sit on team plans that start at $6,000 a year.

On annual billing, RocketReach Pro is close to Apollo on cost per contact and well below the LinkedIn extensions. Where it differs is the unlimited in-app lookups and the person search outside LinkedIn. Where it lags is monthly billing, where email-only results eat the lookup allowance.
Where Overloop fits
Overloop is a different purchase: an outreach platform with the contact data inside it. You source prospects, find emails, and click Find phone on one prospect or a whole list. Is RocketReach worth the price?
On annual billing it is good value for people who look up named individuals across industries and outside LinkedIn, and who export a few hundred contacts a month: recruiters and account executives researching short lists fit that profile. It is a weaker buy on monthly billing if you mostly need phones, because email-only results still use a lookup, and for teams that need pooled credits, because the step to a team plan is $6,000 a year. You can cancel from your account page at any time, but the FAQ says the cancellation takes effect at the following term. You keep access for the full month or year you prepaid, so an annual plan is effectively a 12-month commitment.
Does RocketReach include API access?
Yes. On September 28, 2026 the feature table on RocketReach's pricing page listed API access on Essentials, Pro and Ultimate, with API limits set per plan. Team plans, from $6,000 a year, list higher API limits. The pricing page links to the API documentation for the limits themselves.
Is RocketReach better than LinkedIn?
They do different jobs. LinkedIn and Sales Navigator show who a person is and let you message them, and a phone number appears only if the member shared it with you. RocketReach looks up verified emails and phone numbers for a named person, including people you are not connected to, and exports them. Many sellers find the person on LinkedIn, then look up the contact details.
How did my information get on RocketReach?
RocketReach's privacy policy, effective January 10, 2025, says it collects publicly available information from third-party websites such as social media, corporate websites and public records, and obtains data from providers such as people directories and data brokers. It lists a profile removal form at rocketreach.co/remove-profile and a Do Not Sell or Share tool.
What is cheaper than RocketReach for phone numbers?
On the plans we read on September 28, 2026, Apollo Basic works out at about $0.16 per phone number on annual billing, close to RocketReach Pro at about $0.17 per exported contact. Overloop charges 5 credits per phone number found, only on a match, and includes email and LinkedIn sequences in the same seat.
How we read RocketReach's pricing
On September 28, 2026 we opened rocketreach.co/pricing as a logged-out visitor, with 1 seat selected, and recorded the plan cards, the plan feature table and the FAQ in both the Annually and Monthly views. The page is rendered by JavaScript, so we read the rendered page and kept a capture of the annual view. Cost per export and per lookup are the plan price divided by the exports or lookups included over the same period. Competitor prices were read on their own pricing pages the same day. We did not test RocketReach's accuracy and we quote its accuracy figure as a vendor claim.
Bottom line
RocketReach pricing is transparent but front-loaded. Essentials at $229 a year is an email tool. Pro at $619 a year, about $0.17 per exported contact with unlimited lookups, is the real entry point for phone numbers, and Ultimate brings the cost down to about $0.07 per export if you move 20,000 contacts a year. Prepay only if you will prospect every month, and price a usable phone number, not a lookup, when you compare it with Apollo, Lusha, Kaspr or UpLead.
