FullEnrich made the waterfall easy to buy. You upload a list or call the API, it queries 25+ sources in turn, and you pay only when it finds and verifies a work email, a personal email or a mobile. Teams look for a FullEnrich alternative when mobile credits get expensive at 10 per number, when they want the reveal on LinkedIn rather than in a CSV, or when the enriched file still has to be imported into a sequencer. This guide compares 9 alternatives on data approach, entry price and the dollar cost of one phone number.
Publisher disclosure: Overloop publishes this guide and is our first recommendation for SMB teams that want contact data and outreach in one tool. The other 8 options address specific requirements, and several beat Overloop on raw phone volume per dollar. Recommendations use public vendor sources read on September 28, 2026; we did not run a comparative product trial. Method and dated sources.
Quick comparison: FullEnrich and 9 alternatives
Prices read on each vendor's official pricing page on September 28, 2026. The price per phone number is our arithmetic from those pages.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| FullEnrich | Waterfall across 25+ sources, pay on success | $29 per month for 500 credits | $0.55 per mobile found (1,000 credits), $0.35 at 100,000 | Bulk enrichment of lists you already own |
| Overloop | Several sources queried in sequence, one prospect or a whole list | $69 per user per month | 5 credits, only on a match (see pricing) | SMB teams wanting data plus email and LinkedIn sequences |
| BetterContact | Waterfall across 20+ providers, pay on success | $15 per month for 200 credits | $0.49 per mobile found ($49 plan) | Cheap waterfall enrichment billed monthly |

Entry price and price per phone number are computed from the vendor pricing page as read on September 28, 2026: plan price divided by the phone numbers it includes, or pack price divided by credits multiplied by credits per number. Annual prices require an annual commitment. Taxes, seat minimums and add-ons change the total. The Overloop cell stays in credits: 5 per revealed number, charged only when a number is found.
What changes when you leave FullEnrich
- FullEnrich charges 10 credits per mobile found, which is $0.55 on the $55 plan and $0.35 on the $3,500 plan; any alternative has to beat that on your volume.
- Pay-on-success is not unique any more: BetterContact and Overloop also charge only for found numbers.
- FullEnrich includes unlimited users; most extension tools here price per seat.
- Apollo is cheaper per number, about $0.16, but from one database instead of a waterfall.
- Overloop runs email and LinkedIn sequences and Apollo runs email sequences; Lusha lists automated email sequences on its plans, and the rest are data layers.
- Every price was read on the vendor page on September 28, 2026 and will move.
FullEnrich today: what an alternative must replace

Credits cost 1 per work email, 3 per personal email and 10 per mobile, and nothing when no data is found or when a landline comes back instead of a mobile. Users are unlimited and credits roll over for 3 months on monthly plans and 12 months on annual plans. FullEnrich states an average find rate around 80 percent that varies by industry and geography. So an alternative has to match a pay-on-success rule, multi-source coverage and bulk or API access, and ideally beat $0.55 per mobile at your volume. Our waterfall enrichment guide explains why multi-source lookup matters for phone data.
1. Overloop: best for teams that want the number, the email and the sequence in one tool
Best for: SMB sales teams that want to find phone numbers and emails and then run email and LinkedIn sequences from the same prospect record, at a published per-seat price.
Overloop is our first recommendation, and we publish this guide, so weigh that. FullEnrich and Overloop share a rule: a waterfall of phone sources, and no charge when nothing is found. The difference is what happens next. FullEnrich returns an enriched file or an API response; Overloop finds the email and the phone number on the prospect record, and the prospect goes straight into an email and LinkedIn sequence.
Overloop finds a phone number from the prospect record. You click Find phone on one prospect, or run it in bulk on a list, and Overloop checks several phone-data sources in sequence and stops at the first match. It charges 5 credits per revealed number, and only when a number is found; an empty search uses no phone-search credits. The number stays on the prospect and exports to CSV. Overloop documents the flow on its phone number finder page.

Overloop pricing is per user. Starter is $69 per user per month with 250 credits and 1 connected email account. Growth is $99 per user per month with 500 credits and 3 connected email accounts. The same credits source prospects from Overloop's advertised 450M+ B2B contact database and find emails, and the seat also runs email and LinkedIn sequences and a Chrome extension that adds LinkedIn profiles as prospects. We do not quote a dollar price per phone number for Overloop in this guide; the credit rule and plan prices are on Overloop pricing.
Limits to know: there is no built-in dialer, so revealed numbers go to your calling tool or a CSV. The lookup works best when the prospect record carries a LinkedIn profile; a name alone may not be enough. Finding a number does not confirm that it is current or a mobile. LinkedIn steps in sequences stay subject to LinkedIn's rules, and CRM integration scope varies by plan. We publish no match rate for Overloop, because a rate measured on our lists would not predict yours.
Choose it over FullEnrich when: enrichment was only the step before outreach, and you want one seat for the data and the sequence. Stay with FullEnrich when: you enrich large lists for other tools, need unlimited users on one credit pool, or embed enrichment in your own product through the API. 2. BetterContact: best for the closest like-for-like waterfall
Best for: teams that like FullEnrich's pay-on-success waterfall and want a similar rule at a lower entry price.
BetterContact is a waterfall enrichment tool that checks 20+ providers for emails and mobile numbers. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed a $15 per month plan with 200 credits, a $49 per month plan with 1,000 credits and larger tiers up to 50,000 credits, and an enterprise plan from $799 per month, all billed monthly. A mobile number costs 10 credits and an email 1. The FAQ states that credits are charged only after valid data is found and verified. A feature it calls Connect Intelligence scores each mobile by its likelihood to connect, and the page says you are only charged for numbers scored likely to connect.
Price per number: the $49 plan buys 100 mobiles, so $0.49 per mobile found; the $15 plan works out at $0.75.
Limits to know: plans were billed monthly on our read, and the Connect Intelligence charging rule is a vendor description worth testing on your own numbers.
Pick it when: you want 100 mobiles a month for $49 with charges only on valid data. Source: BetterContact pricing, read September 28, 2026.
3. Clay: best for building your own waterfall
Best for: ops teams that want to choose every provider in the waterfall, add AI research, and orchestrate enrichment across 150+ data partners.
Clay is a spreadsheet-style GTM workspace that orchestrates 150+ data providers in waterfalls, with an AI research agent and an email sequencer. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed Free with 100 data credits and 500 actions a month and no phone enrichment, Launch at $185 per month on monthly billing or $167 on annual billing with 2,500 data credits and 15,000 actions a month and phone enrichment included, Growth from $495 per month, and custom Enterprise. Data credits start at $0.05 each.
Price per number: not fixed. The data-credit cost of a phone number depends on which provider in your waterfall returns it, so Clay publishes no single per-number rate.
Limits to know: two meters (data credits and actions), a per-number cost that depends on the provider, no phone enrichment on Free, and real setup time. See our Clay alternatives.
Pick it when: FullEnrich's fixed 10-credit mobile is too rigid and you want provider-level control. Source: Clay pricing, read September 28, 2026.
4. Surfe: best for a waterfall behind a LinkedIn click
Best for: sellers who want FullEnrich-style multi-source lookups from a LinkedIn and Sales Navigator extension, with CRM sync.
Surfe is a LinkedIn and Sales Navigator extension whose reveals run through what the vendor calls multi-source waterfall enrichment across 15+ providers, with CRM sync on top. On September 28, 2026 the pricing page listed Free at $0 with 20 email and 5 mobile find credits a month, Essential at $49 per user per month or $39 billed annually with 150 email and 50 mobile credits a month, Pro at $89 or $79 annually with 1,000 email and 100 mobile credits, and custom Enterprise. A separate CRM connector module costs $29 a month.
Price per number: Essential on annual billing is $468 a year for 600 mobile credits, so about $0.78 per mobile, and $0.98 on monthly billing. Pro on annual billing is about $0.79. Email and mobile credits are separate meters, so emails never eat your phone budget.
Limits to know: 50 mobile credits a month on Essential, per-user pricing where FullEnrich has unlimited users, and a separate $29 CRM connector.
Pick it when: your reps reveal one profile at a time on LinkedIn rather than uploading lists. Source: Surfe pricing, read September 28, 2026.
5. Apollo.io: best for the lowest price per number from a single database
Best for: teams that want a large searchable database, phones at 8 credits each and sequences in the same login.
Apollo combines a large contact database with email sequences, a US dialer and deal management. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed Free at $0 with 900 credits per seat per year, Basic at $49 per seat per month billed annually with 30,000 credits per seat per year, Professional at $79 with 48,000 credits, and Organization at $119 with a 3-seat minimum and 72,000 credits. Accessing a phone number uses 8 credits and enrichment uses up to 9 credits per record. The page shows a 14-day trial on paid plans and a 24 percent saving on annual billing.
Price per number: Basic is $588 a year for 30,000 credits, which is 3,750 phone numbers at 8 credits each, so about $0.16 per phone number. That is the lowest credit-metered phone rate in this guide, provided you use the credits within the year.
Limits to know: a single-vendor database rather than a waterfall, a US-only dialer, and credits granted per year.
Pick it when: coverage from one database is enough and price per number matters most. Source: Apollo pricing, read September 28, 2026.
6. Lusha: best for a self-serve database with an extension
Best for: sellers who want a searchable database and a browser extension instead of a CSV workflow.
Lusha is a contact database with a browser extension, a web platform and CRM integrations. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page, on yearly billing, listed Free at $0 with 40 credits a month, Starter at $37.45 per month with 4,800 credits a year, Pro at $52.45 per month with 7,200 credits a year, and Premium at $299.95 per month with 40,800 credits a year. An email reveal costs 1 credit and a phone number costs 5 credits.
Price per number: Starter costs $449.40 a year for 4,800 credits. Spent only on phones, that is 960 numbers, so about $0.47 per phone number. Every email you reveal comes out of the same pool. The Free plan now lists automated email sequences among its features.
Limits to know: one credit pool for emails and phones, and no waterfall.
Pick it when: you want reveals where you browse, with a free tier. Source: Lusha pricing, read September 28, 2026.
7. Kaspr: best for LinkedIn reveals with unlimited B2B emails
Best for: LinkedIn-first sellers who need emails in volume and phones in moderation.
Kaspr is a LinkedIn extension that reveals phone numbers and emails from profiles, Sales Navigator lists and searches. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed Free at $0 with 5 phone credits a month, Starter at $49 per month billed annually or $65 monthly with 100 phone credits a month, Business at $79 annually or $99 monthly with 200 phone credits a month, and a custom Enterprise plan. Paid plans include unlimited B2B email credits. Extra phone credits cost $0.36 each for a pack of 250, $0.31 for 500 and $0.28 for 1,000.
Price per number: Starter is $588 a year for 1,200 phone credits, so $0.49 per phone number on annual billing and $0.65 on monthly billing. Business on annual billing works out at about $0.40.
Limits to know: phone credits are capped at 100 or 200 a month; no bulk CSV enrichment in the FullEnrich sense.
Pick it when: emails are the volume and phones are the exception. Source: Kaspr pricing, read September 28, 2026.
8. Wiza: best for exporting Sales Navigator lists with phones
Best for: teams whose lists start in Sales Navigator and who want the export and the enrichment in one step.
Wiza is a LinkedIn and Sales Navigator extension that exports profiles with verified emails and phone numbers into a CSV or a CRM. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed, on monthly billing, Free with 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers, Starter at $49 per user per month with 100 emails and 100 phone numbers, Email at $99 with 500 emails and phone numbers at $0.35 each, and Email + Phone at $199 with 500 emails and 500 phone numbers. On annual billing, Email is $83 per user per month ($990 a year) with unlimited email reveals, $0.35 per phone number and 2,500 exports a month, and Email + Phone is $166 per user per month ($1,990 a year) with unlimited phone reveals and 2,500 exports a month. A Team plan for 3 or more users is custom.

Price per number: Starter is $0.49 per phone number ($49 for 100), extras are $0.35, Email + Phone on monthly billing is about $0.40 ($199 for 500), and the annual Email + Phone plan is capped by exports rather than phones, which puts the ceiling near $0.07 per exported contact if you use all 30,000 exports a year.
Limits to know: per-user pricing and 2,500 exports a month on annual plans.
Pick it when: your source list is always a Sales Navigator search. Source: Wiza pricing, read September 28, 2026.
9. Cognism: best for an enterprise contract with one credit per contact
Best for: mid-market teams that want a proprietary dataset, CRM enrichment and an API on one contract.
Cognism sells prospecting, CRM enrichment and data-as-a-service packages. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page described 2 Sales Prospecting packages, Standard and Pro, each with 5 seats included, and a credit model where 1 credit reveals, enriches or exports 1 contact, shared across the platform, Enrich and the API. Pro adds what the page calls advanced prospecting workflows. No price is shown.
Price per number: not published. A credit covers a whole contact, so the per-number cost depends on your quote and on how many revealed contacts carry a mobile.
Limits to know: no published price, 5-seat packages, and a sales cycle.
Pick it when: procurement wants one vendor for data, enrichment and API. Source: Cognism pricing, read September 28, 2026.
Other FullEnrich alternatives worth a look
Other roundups for this query also list the tools below. We did not price them here, because they cover a narrower part of the FullEnrich job.
- Prospeo: an email and mobile finder with a Chrome extension and an API.
- Dropcontact: a French B2B email finder that enriches, deduplicates and updates CRM contacts, which it describes as 100% GDPR compliant. It targets emails and CRM hygiene rather than phone numbers.
- Findymail: an email finder that returns verified work emails, a fit if emails matter more than mobiles.
- Cleanlist: another waterfall enrichment tool that bills emails and direct dials at different credit rates.

| Lowest price per number | Apollo | Credit expiry, coverage in your markets |
| Reveals on LinkedIn | Surfe, Kaspr, Lusha, Wiza | Mobile allowance per seat, CRM sync |
| Enrichment then outreach | Overloop, Apollo | Sequence channels, CRM scope by plan |

Price 1,000 mobiles a month, a common volume for a team moving from FullEnrich. At FullEnrich that is 10,000 credits, $499 a month. At BetterContact it is 10,000 credits on its larger tiers. At Apollo it is 8,000 credits a month, which a single Basic seat's 30,000 annual credits does not cover. At Overloop it is 5,000 credits, charged only on found numbers, spread across the seats that also run the sequences.

FullEnrich is a ready-made waterfall with a fixed price per data point and unlimited users. Clay is a workspace where you build your own waterfall across 150+ providers, with AI research and a sequencer, but with two meters and a per-number cost that depends on the provider. Choose FullEnrich for simplicity and Clay for control.
FullEnrich vs Lusha: which is cheaper per phone number?
Close. Lusha Starter works out at about $0.47 per phone number on yearly billing if all credits go to phones; FullEnrich is $0.55 per mobile found on the 1,000-credit monthly tier and $0.49 on the 12,000-credit annual tier. FullEnrich charges only on found data and includes unlimited users; Lusha gives you a searchable database and an extension.
What is the best FullEnrich alternative?
Overloop is our first recommendation when the enriched contacts go straight into email and LinkedIn sequences; Overloop publishes this guide. BetterContact is the closest match to FullEnrich's pay-on-success model, Clay gives the most control, Apollo the lowest price per number at about $0.16, and Surfe the fastest LinkedIn reveals.
How we compared FullEnrich alternatives
This is desk research on documented capabilities and public pricing, not a lab test. On September 28, 2026 we opened each vendor's official pricing page as a logged-out visitor in a browser and recorded the entry price, the phone allowance or credit cost, and the plan structure. Where a vendor publishes no price, we say so rather than estimate one. We excluded star ratings, modelled savings and third-party price estimates, and we quote match or find rates only as the vendor's own statement. The criteria, in order of weight:
- Phone data approach. A single proprietary database, a waterfall across several providers, or an extension that reveals one profile at a time?
- Price per phone number. Plan price divided by the phone numbers it includes, or pack price divided by credits and multiplied by the credits one number costs. Where a vendor meters exports or contacts instead, we say so.
- What happens after the reveal. Does the number stay in the tool, export to CSV, sync to a CRM, or feed a sequence?
- Buying friction. Card and 5 minutes, or demo, quote and annual contract?

Bottom line
FullEnrich is a clean product: a waterfall, a fixed price per data point, no charge for misses, unlimited users. Leave it only for a reason. BetterContact for a cheaper entry on the same rule, Clay for control over providers, Apollo for a lower price per number from one database, Surfe for reveals on LinkedIn.
If every enriched contact ends up in a sequence, Overloop saves the import: Overloop runs its own phone waterfall on the prospect record, charges 5 credits per number only when one is found, and sends the email and LinkedIn steps from the same seat. Overloop lists its plans on its pricing page and explains the lookup on its phone number finder page.
