Wiza does one job well: you build a list in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, click export, and get a spreadsheet with verified emails and phone numbers. Teams look for a Wiza alternative when phone numbers get expensive on the email plan, when a team outgrows per-user pricing, or when the CSV is just a detour on the way to a sequence. This guide compares 9 alternatives on how they source data, what an entry plan costs, and what one phone number costs in dollars.
Publisher disclosure: Overloop publishes this guide and is our first recommendation for SMB teams that want contact data and outreach in one tool. The other 8 options address specific requirements, and several beat Overloop on raw phone volume per dollar. Recommendations use public vendor sources read on September 28, 2026; we did not run a comparative product trial. Method and dated sources.
Quick comparison: Wiza and 9 alternatives
Prices read on each vendor's official pricing page on September 28, 2026. The price per phone number is our arithmetic from those pages.
| Tool | Phone data approach | Entry price | Price per phone number | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wiza | LinkedIn and Sales Navigator export | $49 per user per month (Starter) | $0.49 (Starter), $0.35 per extra number | Exporting Sales Navigator lists |
| Overloop | Several sources queried in sequence, one prospect or a whole list | $69 per user per month | 5 credits, only on a match (see pricing) | SMB teams wanting data plus email and LinkedIn sequences |
| Kaspr | LinkedIn extension reveal | $49 per month, annual | $0.49 (Starter annual), $0.65 monthly | Solo sellers living in LinkedIn |
| Lusha | Proprietary database, extension and platform | $37.45 per user per month, yearly | $0.47 (Starter yearly, 5 credits per number) | A like-for-like extension with a free tier |
| Surfe | LinkedIn extension with a 15+ provider waterfall | $39 per user per month, annual | $0.78 (Essential annual), $0.98 monthly | Extension users who want a waterfall and CRM sync |
| ContactOut | Proprietary database, extension | $49 per month, promotional (US and UK data included) | Unlimited phones; about $0.17 per export at $99, $0.08 without US and UK data | Solo recruiters and researchers |
| Apollo.io | Proprietary database plus enrichment | $49 per seat per month, annual | $0.16 (Basic, 8 credits per number) | Volume prospecting with sequences and a US dialer |
| FullEnrich | Waterfall across 25+ sources, pay on success | $29 per month for 500 credits | $0.55 per mobile found (1,000 credits), $0.35 at 100,000 | Bulk enrichment of lists you already own |
| BetterContact | Waterfall across 20+ providers, pay on success | $15 per month for 200 credits | $0.49 per mobile found ($49 plan) | Cheap waterfall enrichment billed monthly |
| RocketReach | Proprietary database, person lookups | $19 per month, annual, email only | About $0.17 per export (Pro annual) | Searching people by name outside LinkedIn |
Entry price and price per phone number are computed from the vendor pricing page as read on September 28, 2026: plan price divided by the phone numbers it includes, or pack price divided by credits multiplied by credits per number. Annual prices require an annual commitment. Taxes, seat minimums and add-ons change the total. The Overloop cell stays in credits: 5 per revealed number, charged only when a number is found.
What changes when you leave Wiza
- Wiza Starter includes 100 phone numbers for $49 a month, so any alternative has to beat $0.49 per number, or $0.35 if you already buy extras.
- Wiza's annual Email + Phone plan is unlimited on phones but capped at 2,500 exports a month; ContactOut and RocketReach use the same export-cap logic.
- Kaspr, Lusha and Surfe keep the LinkedIn habit; Apollo and FullEnrich replace it with a database or a waterfall.
- Overloop runs email and LinkedIn sequences and Apollo runs email sequences; Lusha and RocketReach list lighter email-sending features, and the rest are data layers.
- Pay-on-success rules differ: FullEnrich and BetterContact charge only for verified data, RocketReach refunds empty lookups, Overloop charges only for found numbers.
- Every price was read on the vendor page on September 28, 2026 and will move.
Wiza today: what an alternative must replace

| Monthly | $99 per user per month | 500 a month | $0.35 each | $0.35 | |
| Email + Phone | Monthly | $199 per user per month | 500 a month | 500 a month, $0.35 per extra | About $0.40 |
| Annual | $83 per user per month ($990 a year) | Unlimited, 2,500 exports a month | $0.35 each | $0.35 | |
| Email + Phone | Annual | $166 per user per month ($1,990 a year) | Unlimited, 2,500 exports a month | Unlimited within exports | About $0.07 per export at full use |
| Team | Annual | Custom, 3+ users | Unlimited | Unlimited | Not published |

So an alternative has to replace 3 things: a one-click export from Sales Navigator, a phone allowance of 100 to 500 numbers a month per seat, and a clean CSV or CRM push. Most tools below trade one of these for something Wiza does not do, such as a waterfall, a searchable database, or the outreach itself.
1. Overloop: best for teams that want the number, the email and the sequence in one tool
Best for: SMB sales teams that want to find phone numbers and emails and then run email and LinkedIn sequences from the same prospect record, at a published per-seat price.
Overloop is our first recommendation, and we publish this guide, so weigh that. Wiza exports a Sales Navigator list into a spreadsheet or a CRM, and your outreach happens somewhere else. Overloop keeps the prospect in one place: the Chrome extension adds LinkedIn profiles as prospects, Overloop finds the email and the phone number, and the same prospect enters an email and LinkedIn sequence.
Overloop finds a phone number from the prospect record. You click Find phone on one prospect, or run it in bulk on a list, and Overloop checks several phone-data sources in sequence and stops at the first match. It charges 5 credits per revealed number, and only when a number is found; an empty search uses no phone-search credits. The number stays on the prospect and exports to CSV. Overloop documents the flow on its phone number finder page.

Overloop pricing is per user. Starter is $69 per user per month with 250 credits and 1 connected email account. Growth is $99 per user per month with 500 credits and 3 connected email accounts. The same credits source prospects from Overloop's advertised 450M+ B2B contact database and find emails, and the seat also runs email and LinkedIn sequences and a Chrome extension that adds LinkedIn profiles as prospects. We do not quote a dollar price per phone number for Overloop in this guide; the credit rule and plan prices are on Overloop pricing.
Limits to know: there is no built-in dialer, so revealed numbers go to your calling tool or a CSV. The lookup works best when the prospect record carries a LinkedIn profile; a name alone may not be enough. Finding a number does not confirm that it is current or a mobile. LinkedIn steps in sequences stay subject to LinkedIn's rules, and CRM integration scope varies by plan. We publish no match rate for Overloop, because a rate measured on our lists would not predict yours.
Choose it over Wiza when: the exported list was only ever a step towards a sequence, and you want to drop the CSV hop. Stay with Wiza when: you only need clean Sales Navigator exports and your sending tool is already paid for. Source: Overloop pricing, read September 28, 2026.
2. Kaspr: best for a LinkedIn extension with unlimited B2B emails
Best for: sellers who reveal contacts on LinkedIn profiles and want unlimited B2B email credits plus a fixed phone allowance.
Kaspr is a LinkedIn extension that reveals phone numbers and emails from profiles, Sales Navigator lists and searches. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed Free at $0 with 5 phone credits a month, Starter at $49 per month billed annually or $65 monthly with 100 phone credits a month, Business at $79 annually or $99 monthly with 200 phone credits a month, and a custom Enterprise plan. Paid plans include unlimited B2B email credits. Extra phone credits cost $0.36 each for a pack of 250, $0.31 for 500 and $0.28 for 1,000.
Price per number: Starter is $588 a year for 1,200 phone credits, so $0.49 per phone number on annual billing and $0.65 on monthly billing. Business on annual billing works out at about $0.40.
Limits to know: phone credits are capped at 100 or 200 a month per plan, and bulk list export is less central than at Wiza.
Pick it when: you work profile by profile rather than exporting whole lists. Source: Kaspr pricing, read September 28, 2026.
3. Lusha: best for a like-for-like extension with a free tier
Best for: sellers who want an extension, a web platform and CRM integrations at a lower entry price than Wiza.
Lusha is a contact database with a browser extension, a web platform and CRM integrations. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page, on yearly billing, listed Free at $0 with 40 credits a month, Starter at $37.45 per month with 4,800 credits a year, Pro at $52.45 per month with 7,200 credits a year, and Premium at $299.95 per month with 40,800 credits a year. An email reveal costs 1 credit and a phone number costs 5 credits.
Price per number: Starter costs $449.40 a year for 4,800 credits. Spent only on phones, that is 960 numbers, so about $0.47 per phone number. Every email you reveal comes out of the same pool. The Free plan now lists automated email sequences among its features.
Limits to know: emails and phones share one credit pool, so heavy email use shrinks the phone budget.
Pick it when: you reveal a handful of numbers a day and want a yearly seat under $40 a month. Source: Lusha pricing, read September 28, 2026.
4. Surfe: best for Sales Navigator users who want a waterfall and CRM sync
Best for: LinkedIn-first sellers who want each reveal to pass through 15+ providers and land in the CRM.
Surfe is a LinkedIn and Sales Navigator extension whose reveals run through what the vendor calls multi-source waterfall enrichment across 15+ providers, with CRM sync on top. On September 28, 2026 the pricing page listed Free at $0 with 20 email and 5 mobile find credits a month, Essential at $49 per user per month or $39 billed annually with 150 email and 50 mobile credits a month, Pro at $89 or $79 annually with 1,000 email and 100 mobile credits, and custom Enterprise. A separate CRM connector module costs $29 a month.
Price per number: Essential on annual billing is $468 a year for 600 mobile credits, so about $0.78 per mobile, and $0.98 on monthly billing. Pro on annual billing is about $0.79. Email and mobile credits are separate meters, so emails never eat your phone budget.
Limits to know: mobile allowances are small (50 a month on Essential), and the CRM connector module costs $29 a month on top.
Pick it when: CRM hygiene matters more to you than export volume. Source: Surfe pricing, read September 28, 2026.
5. ContactOut: best for unlimited reveals for one user
Best for: solo users who want unlimited emails and phones on LinkedIn at a promotional price.
ContactOut is a LinkedIn extension and search portal with a large recruiter user base. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed Free at $0 with 5 emails, 5 phones and 5 exports a day; an Email plan shown at $49 per month struck through from $99 and labelled limited time only, with unlimited emails and 300 exports a month; and an Email + Phone plan shown at $99 per month struck through from $199, with unlimited emails, unlimited phones and 600 exports a month. Both paid plans state a limit of 1 user per company. Team and API plans are quoted. Those are the prices with US and UK data included; a toggle that excludes US and UK data halves them, to $25 and $49.

Price per number: phones are unlimited, so the export cap is the real meter. At the promotional $99 with US and UK data, 600 exports a month is about $0.17 per exported contact, or about $0.08 at $49 without US and UK data; at the struck-through $199 it would be about $0.33.
Limits to know: promotional pricing, 600 exports a month on Email + Phone, and 1 user per company.
Pick it when: you are one person and reveal far more than you export. Source: ContactOut pricing, read September 28, 2026.
6. Apollo.io: best for volume without LinkedIn export
Best for: teams that would rather search a large database than export from Sales Navigator, and want sequences in the same login.
Apollo combines a large contact database with email sequences, a US dialer and deal management. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed Free at $0 with 900 credits per seat per year, Basic at $49 per seat per month billed annually with 30,000 credits per seat per year, Professional at $79 with 48,000 credits, and Organization at $119 with a 3-seat minimum and 72,000 credits. Accessing a phone number uses 8 credits and enrichment uses up to 9 credits per record. The page shows a 14-day trial on paid plans and a 24 percent saving on annual billing.
Price per number: Basic is $588 a year for 30,000 credits, which is 3,750 phone numbers at 8 credits each, so about $0.16 per phone number. That is the lowest credit-metered phone rate in this guide, provided you use the credits within the year.
Limits to know: no native LinkedIn sequence channel, and the dialer is US-only.
Pick it when: you want thousands of phone numbers a year at about $0.16 each. Source: Apollo pricing, read September 28, 2026.
7. FullEnrich: best for enriching Sales Navigator exports you already have
Best for: teams that export LinkedIn lists by other means and want mobiles filled by a 25+ source waterfall, paid only on success.
FullEnrich is a waterfall enrichment engine: you upload a list, call the API or use its MCP server, and it queries 25+ sources in turn. On September 28, 2026 the pricing page showed a Free trial with 50 credits and no card, Pro from 500 credits a month, and a custom Enterprise plan. The page displayed euros to our European visitor (€55 a month for 1,000 credits, €0.055 per credit); FullEnrich's machine-readable pricing summary, which states that it mirrors the public page, gives the USD tiers: $29 a month for 500 credits, $55 for 1,000, $499 for 10,000 and $3,500 for 100,000, with annual plans from $26 a month. A mobile number costs 10 credits, a work email 1 and a personal email 3. Credits are spent only when data is found and verified, and a landline returned instead of a mobile costs nothing. Users are unlimited, and credits roll over for 3 months on monthly plans and 12 months on annual plans.

Price per number: $55 buys 1,000 credits, or 100 mobiles, so $0.55 per mobile found on the 1,000-credit tier, $0.49 on the 12,000-credit annual tier ($588 a year), and $0.35 on the 100,000-credit monthly tier. FullEnrich states its email and phone find rate averages around 80 percent, and that it depends on industry and geography.
Limits to know: no LinkedIn extension; you bring a CSV, use the API or push to HubSpot.
Pick it when: your bottleneck is phone coverage on lists, not the export itself. Source: FullEnrich pricing and its machine-readable summary, read September 28, 2026.
8. BetterContact: best for a cheap pay-on-success waterfall
Best for: small teams that want mobiles from 20+ providers for $15 to $49 a month.
BetterContact is a waterfall enrichment tool that checks 20+ providers for emails and mobile numbers. On September 28, 2026 its pricing page listed a $15 per month plan with 200 credits, a $49 per month plan with 1,000 credits and larger tiers up to 50,000 credits, and an enterprise plan from $799 per month, all billed monthly. A mobile number costs 10 credits and an email 1. The FAQ states that credits are charged only after valid data is found and verified. A feature it calls Connect Intelligence scores each mobile by its likelihood to connect, and the page says you are only charged for numbers scored likely to connect.
Price per number: the $49 plan buys 100 mobiles, so $0.49 per mobile found; the $15 plan works out at $0.75.
Limits to know: monthly plans only on our read, and no outreach.
Pick it when: you want the lowest entry price for waterfall phone data. Source: BetterContact pricing, read September 28, 2026.
9. RocketReach: best for person search outside LinkedIn
Best for: users who look people up by name and company and want refunds on empty lookups.
RocketReach meters lookups and exports rather than credits. On September 28, 2026 the annual-billing view listed Essentials at $19 per month, billed $229 a year, for email only and 1,200 exports a year; Pro at $52 per month, billed $619 a year, with unlimited verified mobile and direct phone numbers and 3,600 exports a year; and Ultimate at $115 per month, billed $1,379 a year, with 20,000 exports a year. On monthly billing the plans carry 100, 250 and 1,000 lookups a month, and the page says annual billing saves 50 percent, which is exact only on Essentials; on Pro and Ultimate it saves about a third. A lookup is used only when a verified email or phone is found, otherwise it is refunded. Free accounts get 5 lookups, and team plans start at $6,000 a year.
Price per number: on Pro, $619 a year for 3,600 exports is about $0.17 per exported contact with a phone included when one is found.
Limits to know: phone data starts on Pro, not Essentials, and team plans start at $6,000 a year.
Pick it when: your prospects are not always findable through Sales Navigator. Source: RocketReach pricing, read September 28, 2026.
Other Wiza alternatives worth a look
Other roundups for this query also list the tools below. We did not price them here, because they cover a narrower part of the Wiza job, mostly emails or list export.
- Evaboot: a Sales Navigator export tool focused on cleaning lists and finding emails.
- Findymail: an email finder that returns verified work emails, a fit if you used Wiza mainly for emails.
- Snov.io: an email finder and verifier with its own email sequences.
- PhantomBuster: an automation platform that extracts LinkedIn data on a schedule; it does not supply phone numbers on its own.
How to choose a Wiza alternative
| If your priority is... | Shortlist | What to verify before buying |
|---|---|---|
| Same LinkedIn extension habit | Kaspr, Lusha, Surfe, ContactOut | Phone allowance, shared or separate email meter, user limits |
| Numbers straight into a sequence | Overloop, Apollo | Credits per number, LinkedIn as a channel, CRM scope by plan |
| Most phone numbers per dollar | Apollo, ContactOut | Credit expiry, export caps, promotional price duration |
| Pay only for found mobiles | FullEnrich, BetterContact, Overloop | Credits per mobile, landline handling, rollover |
| People outside Sales Navigator | RocketReach, Apollo | Phone on the entry tier, refund rule |
Price 100 phone numbers a month, the Wiza Starter allowance. At Kaspr Starter that is the whole monthly phone allowance for $49 on annual billing. At Lusha it is 500 credits. At Apollo it is 800 of 30,000 annual credits. At FullEnrich it is $55 of credits, charged only on found mobiles. At Overloop it is 500 credits, charged only on found numbers, inside the seat that runs the sequence.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Wiza cost?
On September 28, 2026 Wiza listed Free, Starter at $49 per user per month with 100 emails and 100 phone numbers, Email at $99, Email + Phone at $199 with 500 of each, and annual plans at $83 and $166 per user per month with unlimited reveals capped at 2,500 exports a month. A Team plan for 3 or more users is custom. Extra phone numbers cost $0.35.
Is Wiza free?
Wiza has a free plan with 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers, and its sign-up offer mentions 25 free credits. Other free tiers: Lusha 40 credits a month, Surfe 20 email and 5 mobile credits a month, Kaspr 5 phone credits a month, ContactOut 5 emails and 5 phones a day.
How accurate is Wiza?
Wiza's pricing page does not publish an accuracy rate; it shows user ratings, which we exclude. Accuracy varies by country, seniority and industry for every vendor. Test 50 prospects you know on 2 tools and compare the numbers that connect, rather than trusting any single figure.
Wiza vs Kaspr: which is cheaper per phone number?
On the entry plans they are level: Wiza Starter is $49 a month for 100 phone numbers and Kaspr Starter is $49 a month on annual billing for 100 phone credits, so about $0.49 each. Kaspr adds unlimited B2B emails on paid plans; Wiza is built around exporting whole Sales Navigator lists.
What is the best Wiza alternative?
For numbers that go straight into email and LinkedIn sequences, Overloop, our first recommendation; Overloop publishes this guide. For the same LinkedIn workflow, Kaspr or Lusha. For more phones per dollar, Apollo, at about $0.16 per number. For pay-on-success mobiles, FullEnrich.
How we compared Wiza alternatives
This is desk research on documented capabilities and public pricing, not a lab test. On September 28, 2026 we opened each vendor's official pricing page as a logged-out visitor in a browser and recorded the entry price, the phone allowance or credit cost, and the plan structure. Where a vendor publishes no price, we say so rather than estimate one. We excluded star ratings, modelled savings and third-party price estimates, and we quote match or find rates only as the vendor's own statement. The criteria, in order of weight:
- Phone data approach. A single proprietary database, a waterfall across several providers, or an extension that reveals one profile at a time?
- Price per phone number. Plan price divided by the phone numbers it includes, or pack price divided by credits and multiplied by the credits one number costs. Where a vendor meters exports or contacts instead, we say so.
- What happens after the reveal. Does the number stay in the tool, export to CSV, sync to a CRM, or feed a sequence?
- Buying friction. Card and 5 minutes, or demo, quote and annual contract?

Bottom line
Wiza is good at the export: Sales Navigator in, clean CSV out, $0.35 to $0.49 per phone number on the plans with a number cap. Leave it for a reason you can name. Kaspr or Lusha if you want the same habit cheaper per email, Apollo if you want volume, FullEnrich or BetterContact if you want to pay only for found mobiles.
If the CSV was only ever the step before a sequence, Overloop removes it: Overloop adds the LinkedIn profile as a prospect, finds the email and the phone number, charging 5 credits per number only when one is found, and runs the email and LinkedIn sequence from the same seat. Overloop lists its plans on its pricing page and explains the lookup on its phone number finder page.
